I have been to Krystals numerous times. Already this week I have gone 4 times. Love the food and service and cant live without those shakes! Its really a hit or miss with the shakes, sometimes I get my fill and others I get half a cup. For $2.99 and the advertised overfilling shake on your signs, thats what I am buying. Tonight I decided that if my shake was unfilled I would comment, which I did. To my surprise a employee (Danielle) decided to lecture me on the process of the shake making, several times. I really am unsure why she thought I needed to be advised of this process and I found it very unprofessional to approach a customer in the manner she had. I just want shake that is worth $2.99 and is as advertised. She also told me she would fill my shake up this time, but next time in order to have a shake filled, I would have to purchase 3 shakes. The third shake to fill the other 2 shakes. Ludicrous! And to top it off my order for the Chiks was made wrong. I believe Krystals should have smaller cups for the shakes if they are not going to fulfill their customers. And I also believe the employees of Krystals shouldnt be lecturing customers.

This actually was mine and my husbands favorite place to eat.. Were addicted to the three egg breakfast and chilli cheese fries but here lately a few have had attitudes and have been rude.. Our order was wrong, the food was undercooked. I am pregnant and cant risk food poisoning.. I asked manager Robert Brown to fix order and he said Every time you come in here you complain. I WAS LIKE WHAT??? I was shocked because I paid for MY food and want to eat it well done and the way I order it. I had a issue with him a few months ago and got loud with him. Two employees were happy, one girl said bout time someone put him in his place because he has been rude to customers previously. I mentioned the encounter we had to him and he said he knew he made a good decision when he didnt hire me.. IM LIKE WHAT..AGAIN... I NEVER, EVER APPLIED FOR KRYSTAL BURGER. He was VERY rude and instead of fixing our food.... HE REFUNDED OUR MONEY.. Wish White Castle was here..

This place totally ROCKS!!! Ive eaten at some hole-in-the-wall Krystals just to get my taste buds wrapped around those heavenly burgers and fries, but this place is possibly the cleanest restaurant Ive EVER been in, let alone a Krystal. To give you an idea--you know how most fast food joints have that ketchup packet bin that you grab a few out of to squirt on your fries? Well, at THIS place, they line them up in little rows like theyre soldiers, or something. AND theyve EACH been hand washed to ensure theres not any of that sticky goop on them in case one of the packets has burst somewhere in transit. You think Im lying? Check it out! Ill be driving out of my way up US1 instead of I-95 from here on out when leaving town (Melbourne) headed north JUST so I can patronize this little oasis.

I went to Krystal for breakfast, but not before calling to see if they serve real eggs, grits, bacon, etc. THEY DO! When I called at 6:00am, the Manager answered and was very professional, courteous and sounded wonderful on the phone. She told me I could get eggs cooked to order. We arrived at 6:30 and ate in one of the cleanest fast food restaurants. The staff is and has always been courteous, receptive to changes in orders, polite, helpful and I felt it was like a restaurant where everyone knows your name. This is such a well organized, well run restaurant, it is a shame this isnt used as a model for other places. I commend management on training of their staff and will continue giving this location my business. This is a wonderful experience of dining.

We have been going to the one on US1 in Titusville Florida for breakfast 4 more than a year and instead of counting us as a valued customer they always mess up the order and very bad attitude. 1 drive-thru cashier why we were asking her question about the food we ordered she closed the window and turned back on us. We rather go somewhere else be the better customer service.

Other than the RUDE cashier at the drive thru windows, the food being cold, the other employee slouching over the front counter, and the ever-expected slow service, I mostly put off by the cashier handling my food after taking my money. (Try washing your hands) SAVE YOUR MONEY,TIME, AND SANITY...Go somewhere else!!!!

They always get my order right the night staff is amazing!!!!!! The best time to go is after 6 because the night shift is always on the ball. Even if they are understaffed usually. Absolutely love the chili cheese fries and their new coffee drinks are addicting. Recommend it to absolutely EVERYONE!!!!!!!

Wow, I must say this is one of the best Krystals Ive been to in Florida (and Ive been to several). My food was fresh, and it was one of the cleanest locations. The manager there (her name was Julia) was awesome! She has my wife loving Krystals again!

If you live further down than exit 215 (like exit 173 or something) this is the *closest* Krystal to you. Because people love to waste money on building AutoZones and Advance Auto Parts right next to each other instead of unique things like Krystal

The cashier was new and and she could not clear a void and take my order. Management seemed indifferent to the customers , there was no sense of urgency about rectifying the issue, the food was lukewarm, and it was a long wait. Very disappointing.
