Tuesday 12:40pm I called the store to make my order 10 minutes out from this location. No one picked up the first five times I called. When I got there I noticed the parking lot wasnt full at all. Inside the there were only 3 tables vacant.. Not busy at all. I walk up to the register and the guy looks at me and looks back down to make it seem as he was Soo busy counting four dollars. I proceeded to stand there another two minutes and everybody behind the counter just kept talking amonst thereselves trying to seem busy. (I have restaurant experience and I know what trying to look busy in front of a customer looks like)... As I grew impatient a lady who finished eating had already paid and proceeded to walk out. She clear said "thanks, have a good day" and the people behind the counter looks at her and continue "looking busy"... 3 minutes went by I Im too nice too actually go off on someone so I took that as my current to just leave. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. SOMEBODY DONT WANT THERE JOBS

Where do I begin? This place was horrible! no menus brought to us.. we waited for a good while before I asked one of the servers, Yolanda, if anyone was going to help us. All she did was look away and hollered at another server to "get us". still no one came. then with her bad attitude and constant yawning, Yolanda came to our table and simply asked, what we want to drink. Very uninviting personality. I understand it gets tough and stressful in the restaurant biz. But no one there acknowledged us. there were about 7 or 8 people on staff. needless to say, we walked out. Lucky them, I really wanted to straight up ask them if there was a problem and really get this whack attitude brought to their attention. But, probably wouldnt have done any good. Couple of these girls looked unhappy.

Hey. Its just a classic Waffle House! But its so great to have this one near. Two eggs, over easy, with three slices of bacon, toast, and a cup of joe under $10! Oh! ... and, of course Grits with butter and salt! Ahh. Nom. Nom. Great little rural American breakfast diner. Makes IHOP look upscale, but I know for a fact that Waffle House makes everything fresh, and they do it while youre sitting there watching them. Its not for every meal or occasion but when it fits, its hard to beat the comfort of this place for an old southern boy.

I love Waffle House . I crave it and drive out of my way to pick it up . Because its that good . But this location has left me angry because Ive spent $22 on 2 meals (all star specials at that ) so $14 each . With 2 SMALL orange juices I was charged the same price because they didnt have any large to go cups . I asked for syrup they didnt have any more ? WAFFLE HOUSE ?? I need syrup ! Or to go utensils ... Ok now you tell me how this all star meal is worth $22! Even ? Seems fishy . $7 meal 1.80 oj x 2 = $22.00 SOOOO ANGRY !!!!

While waiting for a table my boyfriend and I saw Family that needed it more than we did so we sat at the bar where dirty plates were still sitting for 10 minutes after we sat down. We had to ask the employees for a rag and to remove plates. Our server Nicki forgot our coffee for over 10 minutes . She seemed disoriented and took our coffee to the wrong people after we reminded her we needed it. Then she finger ed all the silverware as she slowly placed them in front of us. The restaurant want even full. Horrible service.

Ordered from their regulars, a cheese steak bacon sandwich with hashbrowns...Its the first time I ever had hash browns that had no taste whatsoever. They were cheap on the meat. The place looked dirty overall. And they charged me two bucks for something aside from taxes. Eating in maybe? A simple breakfast which on their menu said $6 and change turned out to be 10 and change. Im grateful the food didnt make me sick. But never again.

Took our elderly Mexican waitress 4 attempts to get our coffee because she just kept forgetting. And when she brought it, the mug still had lipstick on it and crusty goodness from the prior user. Employees were having loud arguments behind the counter. Food was good but the grill cook was the only one that paid attention to the food as the waitresses kept forgetting to come get the orders from him.

I think its the bestthing since a good slice of americana. Dont let this institution die. I dont know why anybody would go there for a "fine dining" experience. You go there for the fun. Its a diner without the refurbished permanently sided train car. Its greasy bad for you food with a show. And most waitresses will call a guy "darlin" and a gal "dear". Get high expectations from that....

Worse service ever! Was there yesterday with my kids waited for a table for 15 min. Once a table was available we go sit and 20 min passed by and we didnt get no service no one greeted us no one came to our table or even bother to tell us that we will be served shortly or nothing! ! After every single table being helped they acted like if we werent there!

I love this Waffle House!!!!! Friendly staff,fast service.Shaun, Vincent and Roy were Awesome!!! Best place for that late night craving...The staff here is very personable and actually get to know you.. This places gets full on weekends and its right off the freeways so its always busy with a few lulls here and there.

Waited 20 minutes for a table while 2 were empty and when I asked about them, the hostess wiped one down with a dirty rag and stacked the dishes and told Me it was ready. Really? The dirty dishes were still on the table that she expected me to be served my food. I will never come back to this store!

As Im sitting here Im going to put this review my server is the best! I had a few issues with the food but she was very understanding and I am going to call the manager on Monday and give my server a shout out for how awesome and beautiful spirited she was and she handled our situation perfectly!

Theres really nothing in the manu only junk and nasty drinks. Thinking it was going to be good food we went there but after 10 mins we paid for our drinks and left, for what reason we left well for everything. The place is dirty, nasty, floors sticky, employees dumb, manu sucks, and bad service.

Its waffle house. If you go in with high expectations youll be greatly disappointed. They offer cheap, greasy food good after a night of shenanigans or an early breakfast before heading to work. Decent food, decent prices & somewhat odd employees. Thats what waffle house is all about.

Seriously am so disgusted! I dont go to a restaurant planning to wave my hands around swatting flies away! This is by far the dirtiest Waffle House I have ever eaten at. I couldnt even finish my food and my daughter refused to eat. I will never eat here again!

This was our first time at a waffle house, Im giving this location a 5 star rating on the service. The food was good but our waiter, Shaun, was excellent. He was very polite, courteous and friendly. Excellent waiter! Give Shaun a raise ☺
