I love KFC food but this restaurant depresses me and its the ONLY one close enough to go to. I still eat there but grumble everytime I go. We always eat on the buffet. Last time (as usual) the tables were not cleaned. Mashed potatoes on the buffet were so stiff you could put a spoon in and it would stand up! They dont stock the buffet unless you ask. Someone had left the premises and there was food all over the floor but no one made an effort to clean it up. The sweet tea that spills on the floor when people get it was still there and quite sticky. Chicken stays on the buffet until it dries out or you ask someone to refill it. They take outside orders from the buffet food so it runs out. I complained once before and the manager called and gave me two free buffets but nothing has changed. Corporate needs to do something because this store is destroying their reputation.

I love KFC, just not the one in Paris, TN. I usually go to the drive through, but at this restuarant thats not a good idea. Many times they are out of chicken. Im not fussy I will take white meat, dark meat. Extra Crispy, Regular Recipe or grilled. What I mean was, they were out of chicken. But tonight was the worst experience ever. I ordered two 2 piece $5.00 meals, the thighs were unedible. As a matter of fact the chicken in both meals tasted like they had been under a heat lamp all day. The bisquits were hard dry and crumbly. If it hadnt been for the mashed potatoes, everything would have gone in the garbage can. I will never eat here again, and I will tell everyone I know to stay away.

I never leave negative reviews without first talking to the restaurant but in this case I have talked on several occasions about issues EVERYTIME I go get food. First stop taking food off the buffet for the to go orders. Nobody wants the dried out food. Another thing. . . can you not get a freaking order right the first time? I mean once of twice okay. . . but this is the 7 or 8th time in the past 3 months. Finally this last order topped everything. . . This chicken was old, soaked in grease, and practically black. Is this okay with you? You guys need new management, new training, and new careers.

The building may have a brand new paint job, but nothing has changed in the restaurant. I called 3 times and let the phone ring at least 10 times each time before a cook answered, then I talked to 2 other people before giving my order! When I picked it up, there were dirty tables, people were waiting for the buffet to be refilled, and the workers were screaming at each other and knocking plastic bowls for the gravy and left them on the floor. I cannot see how there has been any improvement.

Went to the newly opened KFC tonight, and like most new businesses, there are certain growing pains. While I wanted too long for my food for it to be called Fast Food, all the food was piping hot, the staff was so very friendly and apologetic for the wait, even offered me a free drink while I waited. There were many customer who were far from polite and some just down right rude. The staff handled it like champs. Keep up the good work!

Went through the drive thru and ordered a #10 combo meal. The attendant of the window was rude and bad mouthed other customers while in the window with the window opened slightly. She also failed to give me my drink so now Im dying of thirst after eating my dry, crunchy biscuit and fatty chicken. The Colonel would be very disappointed!! This is not the first time I have received poor service and bad food from this location.

The chicken was great. Buffet was completely fIll of southern style food with dressing. They have done some work with their dining area since I was last there. The staff was very friendly also. My family really enjoyed our visit. They even brought our food to table and came back by to see if we needed anything. Really good service for a fast food restruant.

Food was kind of good but Ive never seen this place so dirty and so many employees just standing around. If the kitchen was as filthy as the seating area we may be sick before the night is over. Oh and the sweet tea was not sweet and Apple cobbler had way too much cinnamon in it. No, I wont be back.

I have only been here once, with that being said. The staff wasnt very friendly, chicken was very soggy and abnormally small chicken leg, really soggy cookie and my soda was so off I couldnt tell if I ordered a Coke or Dr Pepper, but the mashed potatoes were good.

The last few times we have visited, the food was not fresh & the buffet not fully stocked--for the outrageous cost, it should be! The on-duty manager was rude & short with us when confronted about the issue of NO drinks available, after we paid for them.

Absolutely the dirtiest place Ive ever eaten. Mouse droppings behind the toilet. Dead fly in the jello. All the food on the buffet was dried out and disgusting. I love KFC but I would rather travel back to Illinois to eat KFC then eat here ever again

Food is delicious It never fails they always get my order wrong always check the bag before u leave Last time i ordered crispy two mash patato 1 extra gravy and mac cheese they gave me original coleslaw instead of mac cheese no gravy
