I like Pei Weis food. I always find it to be really yummy, but their service and cleanliness is lacking. On multiple visits, Ive experienced dirty tables, walked in on sticky floors, and found the silverware area to be poorly stocked. Tonight I called in an order for pick up. The lady that took my order was really short with me and unwelcoming. After picking up the food, I got to my destination (not my home) and I realized that there werent any utensils or napkins in the bag. I called the restaurant to let them know I had no utensils to eat with, but they unapologetically told me I should have been informed to pick up my own utensils at a nearby counter (I wasnt and didnt see the area when I was in the restaurant)--this didnt help solve the immediate problem. All this to say, I like Pei Wei and I think with some improvements this location could do very well. Unfortunately I will think twice before coming here next time.

Horrible Customer Service! I called an order in 20 min Ahead, & the lady told he it would be ready in 5 min. I get there in 20 min, & my food still isnt ready. People are in line placing orders "to go" & were getting there food in a 5 min window! Really? All I order was a simple chicken lettuce wrap! The employees didnt even care. The only one that did was an older gentlemen that was very helpful. I wished I got his name. They gave me 2 $10 Bonus Cards to make up for me being late for work. I wont be back here again!

The food here is generally consistent but I absolutely hate the problems the CocaCola freestyle machines here cause. I dont like them anywhere. First they are slow and unresponsive and older people flat out dont understand how to use them. Secondly, every time I visit this Pei Wei at least one of the machines is out of ice. Every time. These machines cause huge queues all the time. Get rid of them! This place also has issues with bathrooms and they are usually quite nasty.

We got some togo today and it was DRY DRY DRY. The beef was beef jerky, the chicken was chicken jerky, the shrimp was shrimp jerky. My brown rice was dry and chewy. It was as if they prepared all of their food for the day, let it sit out and get dry, then slapped some sauce on it before they packaged it for us. VERY BAD. Not doing this again.

Food is great and well priced. Its better than the shopping mall alternates in the area. The floors are a bit sticky around the fountain drink area. Over all the food and cleanliness is top notch but they could improve on the temperature and sticky floors a bit. I dislike walking around sounding like Squidward.

I give the two stars, I ordered original chicken with sweet and sour and lo mein. Well the entrée was not appealing. The chicken had some type of soapy flavor and pineapple and onion are no so great together. The lo mein? Well, more like boiled pasta. Definitely dissatisfied.

They dramatically reduced portions, and kept the prices the same. They got chicken in my wifes vegetarian meal, and the staff laughed about it when I pointed it out to them. Cross contamination is no laughing matter, that is how people get sick.

Pathetic. Pei Wei used to be remarkable. Now? Sad. Its cafeteria food with a sit down restaurant price. Cheap plastic plates, cheap paper napkins (they used to at least have the nice ones)

The food was fresh and excellent. The staff were friendly and suggested an awesome tasting dish. It was their version of Orange chicken. I loved it. My son enjoyed the lettuce wrap.

They have gotten my order wrong numerous times. Last time, I paid extra for fried rice and got white rice covered up by a little fried rice. If you want to get ripped off, go here.
