RE: "CHORRO" from Carne Guisada Taco ORDER: #245838 FROM:Alberto DATE: 4-07-2017 @ 10:18 am STORE: #20287 CASHIER: Mariah MANAGER: Alejandra REGIONAL MANAGER: Cedrick Miles Ms.Cristina Ramos, you are correct in your observation of the "short Hispanic lady" glaring at customers as if they are " an inconvenience ". Ive had the same experience with her for these last couple of years. I believe her longevity at this location allows her to not be terminated by Mr.Miles. In my experience visiting this location, the FOOD QUALITY is mostly SUB-STANDARD: OVER SALTED, DRY, RUNNY, POORLY WRAPPED, SUPER SMALL QUANTITIES (depending on the prep person) & COLD. Due to my job hours, I mostly order between (Mon-Fir) 3am & 4am, ocassionally in the late noon hours. The EMPLOYEE SERVICE QUALITY is okay except for the above mentioned individual. In my opinion, the store manager is unequipped & unskilled to adequately provide quality service to manage this business. Hopefully, CORPORATE will EVENTUALLY change management at this location like they did at STORE#20260/Precinct Line/Hurst. STORE # 20336/Hulen & #20133/Camp Bowie provide GOOD SERVICE & FOOD QUALITY. Just today at the Beach #20287 store in the drive thru, i purchased a couple of items that were good except for the CARNE GUISADA TACO, that with only one bite gave me the "GREEN APPLE SPLATTERS". You may ask why I STILL occasionally visit this location. The answer is that its the only place open at the time, location & Im starving in the am. So I throw the dice & take a chance/gamble, knowing full well the 50/50 chance of "CHORRO" . Thats why I recommend to friends/people to visit ROSAS CAFE instead. The prices & food quality are EXCELLENT.

Just had the worst experience Ive ever had at this location on 3/22/14. We went through the drive-thru and the guy takin orders didnt seem at all interested in listening to what we were saying. We had to repeat ourselves several times before he finally got what we were saying. We got to the window and paid and were asked to drive around to the front even though we were the only people in line. We drove around and parked and waited for over 10 minutes, which we had come to expect since we order quite a bit. When the man was bringing us our food we noticed that he did not have our drink that we had ordered with him. He handed us the food and we tried to get his attention but he was too busy listening to his personal music and smoking on his E-cigarette to pay is any attention. My boyfriend went inside to get the drink and had no issues. When we got home and went through our bags we found that our nachos we had purchased we missing and there was no salsa at all, only 1 sour cream and guacamole even though our order came with two of each. Overall the worst experience ever at this location. Will not be returning anytime soon, if ever again. If I do I will certainly not be going through that drive-thru.

Went at closing, so cutting them some slack. Cant expect rice and tortillas to be fresh at midnight (just mins before close) on a Thurs. Prefer TC over Taco Bell & Taco Bueno (both are much closer to me, but price for 2 people is about equal). Will try again during better business hours. The beans were DELICIOUS! Had the Street Taco Plate. Beef was decent. The chopped onions on top were watery and old-tasting. Not impressed with the guacamole, but processed avacado isnt especially good, period. Was upset when I opened the box to see that there didnt appear to be any beans, only a huge scoop of rice. But, as I got lower into the scoop, discovered beans were underneath. So, was then peeved that there was so little of each. I ended up adding salt to my tacos to compensate for the bland onions. Hubby and I shared a Personal size Beef Quesadilla, which was really good. Overall, Im giving it 3 stars, will see if its better at other times of the day.

Horrible drive thru experience... The woman doing the orders couldnt hear to save her life. After we finally got to the window she jammed the food into our hands and slammed our drinks onto the edge of my window. Then I asked for sauce and was told it was in the bag, so after examing the contents there was 4 salsas for 6 tacos.... so I politely asked for more from the manager who happened to be by the window and the girl returned and blantantly lied about having put in 7 salsas. Then I told the manager that it was in fact four and she just went along with it yelling into my car that there was four... it was blantant disrespect. I will not be returning to this location, I will now drive out of my way to find a more suitable, respectful location.

Drive thru-rude,was more interested in talking to a co worker than making sure my order was proper. I asked for double beans instead of rice, when i open the contanier, beans were all oer the rest of my food, and no it was sitting level in my car on the way back to work. Ordered street taco platter, looked at the food covered in bean juice, food was upappealing, tasted worse, took one bite and wanted to throw it back up. Tea was rancid and had way too much sugar,i guess to cover up the rancid taste. I will not reccommend this store to anyone, service was poor, food was poor, service was poor. McDonalds and Taco Casa are 75% better than this poor excuse of food service. Threw away $10.00 and im still hungry but sick to my stomach...

I love Taco Cabana, but this location was terrible. We ordered 3 strawberry margaritas. They had to scrape the bottom of the barrel to make us two. 3 was out of the question. We sat outside, but we were unable to eat. Every trash can was spilling over with garbage and the flies it attracted was ridiculous. After an hour of being there, we finally saw a manager. She looked less interested in being there than her employees. Later, we called and complained to a different manager, and after telling him that we had such a poor experience after spending nearly $50 on food, they offered us a free chips and salsa. That comes standard (and free!) with any Mexican meal! Wth??

I want to hear for the first time and asked for a shrimp taco platter the lady in the drive through was very sweet but when I pulled up to the window and got my food I drove home and opened it up only to find steak tacos and no shrimp tacos. The rice was absolutely horrid it tasted like something you would pour out of those instant minute packages in the microwave the beans flavor was very old you could tell they had been reheated. The tortillas or partially cold and tasted stale and the steak was grimy and had an awful flavor to it would not recommend this place to anyone overpriced as well

Over the last 2 years we have given this place multiple chances. The staff is beyond rude, and they always seem to screw something up in our order. This time it was the guacamole. After being charged $1.29 for it, I asked about it when the cashier was handing me my food. She rudely yelled that it was "in the bag". Got back to my office, and low and behold guess what wasnt in the bag??! When I called the store manager to complain, she was just as rude as her cashier. This is the last time that we will eat here. Taco Casa is just down the road, with better food and nicer staff!
