We were in from out of town today and found this wonderful HIDDEN GEM of a restaurant on Yelp. It was soooo delicious ---- but more than that it was the atmosphere inside the restaurant! What makes this business stand out to me is the people running it and working it. Everyone functioned like a team. Everyone worked together. Every person there was happy - truly happy to be working and taking care of customers. Our waitress was so full of joy and smiles - she was so excited to tell us what her favorite dishes were ---- ( the chicken curry enchiladas were phenomenal !! Never even heard of that kind of enchilada! ) and she let us taste all the different sauce options and the chicken curry which made us order it!! The homemade salsa was fantastic and perfectly fresh tasting and with the perfect amount of spice --- when we were all excited about it a sweet girl named Ruby proudly told us she made it just right !! The owner was involved and you can tell she just takes good care of her team and who wouldnt want to eat somewhere where everyone was so happy that it was contagious !? We all left smiling and with very full stomachs tonight - and we made sure to tell all the team members who made our experience so memorable why the way their behaviors and attitudes stuck out and how much we wished they had this restaurant at home in Houston. Thank you to the entire team who made our experience so delicious and so much fun !! If we ever come back to Ft. Worth I know where I will be eating !!! This place is nothing fancy from the looks of it - but when you visit I promise you will be impressed!

Did not enjoy the food. Its tex-mex. We came in a lititle before 2pm on Halloween day. We were greeted at the door which was nice. We seated ourselves (which each table was dirty) and they were fast at serving our plates. Once we received our plates...they checked on us literally every 30 sec. I thought what great service until we noticed them start putting up chairs, sweeping and mopping. The hours state they were open til 3pm so I was confused at the rush on closing..it was only 2pm. I couldnt even enjoy my food with someone peeking around the corner every 30 sec to see if we were done. We finished eating abt 2:30pm and went to the counter to pay. Thats when one the ladies informed us they closed at 2pm bc it was Halloween. WELL that wouldve been good info to have when they greeted us at the door. NO wonder why we were being rushed. It was our first time there. We were referred there. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK. This place is definitely OVERRATED!

So lucky to find this place. Live in San Antonio and was driving back from Grapevine when we googled "Mexican restaurants nearby," and decided to go here. We were immediately greeted by the cook. He asked if there was anything special we wanted and even pulled out our chairs for us, very friendly man. The food was amazing! I ordered the bean and cheese nachos, the cheese was perfect and very spicy. And the beans were probably the best beans Ive ever had. I also got a cheese enchilada and I dont really like enchiladas (mainly enchilada sauce) but I loved it! My family really enjoyed the food and hospitality too. We were all eating off each others plates. Everything was so delicious. The cook even gave us a sample of their mole sauce and yes, it was very good! If Im ever in Fort Worth again Ill definitely come back. Might even drive up just to eat here again!

Overall, Mary made us feel welcome and the portions were generous and ingredients fresh, which they needed to be for the (high) price point for the location. Its worth a try. It was my first time, so I ordered the sampler to share with my husband. We tried 5 of their signature enchiladas and did the heavy sifting so you wont have to...skip straight to the hatch brisket enchiladas and the street enchilada with the Verde sauce. They are both worth returning for. The mole curry was good looking and palatable, yet a little sweet for my taste. It was missing a smoke element to even it out. Their complimentary red salsa was average. Chips were meh (get what you pay for?). Rice and beans were ok. Beans were a little lukewarm, rice oversalted. Again, the enchiladas are the star.

My fiance and I were out and wanted to try something new and we stumbled on this place. Sure glad we did. The hype is real. The hatch sauce is real deal get the smoked chicken enchiladas with the hatch sauce. Wow. And the smoked brisket is awesome with the Texican or Hatch sauce. The Caliente queso is definitely muy Caliente but very good. These enchiladas are huge. Really good sweet tea. If that wasnt good enough for you the service is awesome also, felt like family soon as we hit the door till the moment we left, my cup never went empty, and my chips stayed full. Very helpful with the menu. I will be a regular at Enchilada Ole from now on. Thank you Mary!

I must say i expected more from this place due to its location. Next me and a friend went to dinner before closing time sat down tables to close to each other. Then we got our food excellent cheese enchiladas the hatch green chill were ok needed seasoning on chicken and the brisket enchilada had to much of a smoke flavor. Sadly we got over salted rice never got out beans they told everyone else they were out except us. They also charged me for water its universal its free. 16.08 for each one for me i was so dissapointed i recomend people eat here no i wouldnt. If you hispanic and eat here you will be dissapointed.

This was my first time eating here and I was getting take out. I love mexican food. I got the enchilada sampler and since it was my first time and all the enchiladas sounded really good I asked which enchiladas they would reccommend. They recommended the Texican, Street and if I liked spicy which I do (Hatch). All of them were really great and Im not certain which one was my favorite. It also comes with rice, beans, chips and salsa. A very good deal for your money. And this is a place that I will be going back to and trying other items on the menu. Add to list Edit

I really love coming here for a quick lunch bite during the work week. Its a casual setting where you can seat yourself, but its full service and the staff is quick with drink refills, and more importantly chip&salsa refills. Chips & Salsa is one of my dealbreakers in mexican cuisine but these folks have it nailed down. Obviously the specialty is Enchiladas and every version Ive had here is great. Also, you pay at the register so no waiting around to close out your check. Parking is a little limited out front but plenty of options around the building.

This restaurant is excellent! The staff (family owned) is SO friendly and attentive, the mood is nice and casual, and the food is delicious! Fresh ingredients and excellent enchiladas! Not your typical tex mex. When we were there, they came over with a free queso and apologized that our food would take 5 extra minutes because they were making a fresh batch of rice. Talk about customer service! And FYI, its BYOB, so feel free to bring your own beer, wine, margaritas, or whatever! Well be going back to this place all the time!
