Chipotle is has been my favorite for quite a while and always enjoy eating at chipotle. Food is really fresh and well made. Nothing exotic but gets the job done. But this location gets a lower rating due to its setup and design. Most locations are roomy and spacious, but this location is quite opposite. Feels cramped and crowded. They have outdoor seating which is barely used due to unsuitable weather most of the time out here (too cold in winter and too hot in Summer) Would give it better rating if the place was better arranged.

The team here was so sweet. The girl misheard me and told the guy to put beans in my bowl (which I dont normally eat, but Ill live) and they were so polite apologizing and offering to start over. I said it was fine Im not picky, and so the young man at the register gave me my salad for free. Totally unnecessary but the whole team was so sweet and just happy to make me happy. Thanks, yall :) I know it was packed with people but the service and smiles were excellent.

Wow, great customer service! Ordered through the app but ding bat me had an old credit card listed so the order didnt go through. Once I corrected it, it didnt though but I was running late on my lunch. They rushed it through to help fix MY mistake. They had even called me to let me know that there was a problem but I had missed the call. Great job guys and gals of Chipotle.

Everyone is always so personable and pleasant. The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is the shortage of food at times. Weve been in quite a few times when theyve been out of white rice or chicken and its a hassle. It has gotten better recently due to a manager change. Hes young but he is on point for the most part. Cant beat the location either!

I gave this location 5 stars a year or so ago but now its pretty bad. I have come here 3 times over the past few months and its like everyone that works here now doesnt care about the customer at all. They mess up your food after being given clear instructions and act like you are crazy when you expect them to fix it. Im done with this location.

Rude lady at the counter who was very huffy and short. Lady next to her splattered contents in bowl all over the sides and still passed it on. Next guy completely skipped my order and went on to the lady after mine. After all of that was said and done and I finally got to eat it have me a horrible stomach ache. Definitely will not be back.

Guys, its just burritos! People in Dallas are easily fooled by fake mexican food. They arent even good burritos and there selection sucks! One kind of rice, SERIOUSLY? I want to cry when my husband says he wants Chipotle for Dinner, it is the most boring, fattening disgusting food I have ever eaten!

The female manager that was there was very rude and I couldnt understand what she was trying to tell me. She just made a bad face when I told her my order was not right and asked a employee to make it again and she turned around and didnt acknowledge me again. Other then that it was ok.

I love chipotle, and most people are fairly nice in this one, but one day I didnt get the fairly nice treatment as I should have. Just got the vibe that the person didnt really care. I Dont appreciate things like that. Other than that, great.

Great food! Great staff! Its the all you can ask for restaurant! But the only downside about this location is that most of the time the lines are busy! Thats when I go in at lunch or dinner of corse!

Love to eat here, go twice a week and have yet to be disappointed. The quality is great and for the portions the price is great. Suggest going if you looking for great mexican food at a good price.

it was just ok. they didnt do a good job of tightly wrapping it, the burrito fell apart. I ended up throwing it in my tray and eating it with a fork. not really what I was expecting.

This is the worst chipotle Ive ever been to. Every time the barbacoa is soggy I throw away my food more times than I eat it at this location. Gross. Learn to cook.
