Went here after the lunch rush, yesterday, Friday the 16th of June at about 1:30 pm and was seated in bar area. The place looks clean and most of the lunch crowd was leaving. My waiter was also the bartender and he came out to my table to take my order. I ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich with hot BBQ sauce. I notice a few people start filtering in now and then to sit at bar. Thats when my service level went nowhere. No refills on my drink. The sandwich came out and for some reason the chicken was balled up into a thick patty. The edges were edible but the center was like rubber. No waiter to tell this too so I ate what I could, I the bun and condiments, and left the chicken in my basket. Was very disappointed! The next time I saw my waiter at my table he dropped the check and left. He was really too busy with the bar patrons. What made me upset about all of this was when they seated us in his section they were going to give us to a waitress but he said no I can handle it, I am not that busy. Well service was pretty crappy. Food was not good although the fries were good. Not going back!

Terrible service. I would never openly complain like this unless it was deserved. From my unfriendly young overwhelmed server to the clueless manager overseeing the restaurant, nothing was done correctly. Messed up my tables order twice and had us waiting for everything far too long, examples: 15-20 min to get a refill, no silverware for meal, etc. When I brought the manager over and expressed my disappointment he apologized and walked away, but NOTHING IMPROVED! How hard is it to show you give a crap? Im not picky, I just expect certain things done somewhat well... Ill never come here again. Yes, it was that bad.

This place is always packed on the weekends. Hard to find a spot to park unless you go early evening. Usually order buffalitos or Asian zing boneless wings. Food usually comes out hot. The last time I was there however it was not hot or what I ordered. Manager came over and apologized right away and had my meal replaced with what I ordered originally and took my meal off the check.

I always come to the New Lenox location but today I have been taken care of wonderfully. Manager on duty during tonights shift was extremely nice especially because the fries werent fresh. Highly recommend the place & big thumbs up to the manager on duty tonight!

Same good food you get at other B-dubs. We went mid-afternoon and it was not crowded and the service was quick. The B-dubs bloody mary was very good, no complaints from anyone at our table about the food or service.

During a lunch rush, I find it all average. Wings and sauce, if you like them its a good place for a quick lunch. I would rate it all average. I prefer an actual pub with pub food, personally.

Go to Frankfort if you expect decent service or management who cares. Takeout would be another option as you could quickly deal with the incompetence and still get a decent parking spot.

The wings were cooked to perfection. Very juicy and the sauce was just right! The staff was on top of it . The manager talked with us and we were happy with the upbeat atmosphere.
