I had Rib Crib once in Branson, MO. It was delicious. I tried it again at their Glenstone Ave location. My experience of this location was... I ordered the pick 2 meats/2sides. The cowboy beans was very watery but tasted only like their hot sauce BBQ seasoning. It had plenty of I assume pulled pork and onion in it which was good. The mashed potato and gravy was EXCELENT. I choose the smoked chicken breast and brisket. The chicken was very very very DRY and felt like sand paper in my mouth (it was not like this in anyway at the Branson, MO location), the brisket was good and a bit over cooked (which I liked very much) and was flavorful. The chicken didnt have any smoked flavor or seasoning or what ever they do with it. Just tasted like the chicken was to old or the cooks messed up and didnt want food waste. There were 6 slices of each meat. Overall... I hope this doesnt happen very much and service was good. Ill visit again, but hope their food is more consistent.

Went here on Monday evening, September 15, 2014. It was not very busy. My waiter was Joey. He was a nice guy, and immediately brought me a menu and took my drink order. The menu has many, many selections and combos. I ordered the baby back ribs and brisket combo with baked beans and Cole slaw. Yummy! I will have to agree with another reviewer. The ribs would probably be considered St. Louis cut, but, I wasnt picky, and they were good and hot and fresh. I dont really like them falling off the bone, but they were chewy enough. They were delicious. The brisket was delicious, also, and so was the Cole slaw. The baked beans were good, although a different flavors than I fix at home. They gave me corn on the cob and toast, too. All for under $25, with drink, and Uncle Sams cut. Highly recommended. Joey said they have all you can eat ribs on Tuesday! Hint, hint.

We have eaten here multiple times and the food is always really good. The reason I give it 3 stars is because they had us waiting for 20 minutes just to get to the window in the drive through. Why? Because they gave our food to the people in front of us by accident. Instead of tossing it like you are supposed to do, we watched him put it back in the Window and when we went for our food, they tried giving us the same bag. When we asked them to remake it since we didnt know if the other people had even touched our food he was visibly angry with the request. Im not a picky person. When you mess my food up I generally dont even go back or complain, but I am a server and I know that if you deliver the food to the wrong table you are no longer allowed to sell it. Its a health food violation. Rib crib, take note.

Ordered the baby-back rib combo. The meat was rib meat, and it was pork, but it was NOT what any butcher would define as baby back ribs. These were full size, grown pig ribs, not the under 250 pound pig defined as a source of baby backs. They were dry, and very salty. They were inedible. I ate 2 ribs and left the rest. Actually kept one rib to send to my home state food lab. Huge rip-off, charging for the more desirable size but serving the cheaper full-size alternative. Despite leaving a plate with 2 ribs and 1/2 a piece of toast all that was eaten, no one asked how the meal was, only if I wanted a box to take them home. Not on your life! There have to be better places than this to spend your money in. Just awful.

Really had a taste for bbq and decided to come here. I went on a Sunday afternoon and was able to place my order no problem. Staff was helpful and fast. I ordered the 4 meat combo with baked beans. The baked beans were good... The ribs, pulled pork and sliced brisket were ok. All of the meats could have been seasoned more but the amount of food was definitely worth the money. The hot links were the only meats I tried that had real flavor While the meats may not have been seasoned to my taste, the bbq mild sauce made up for it. I would return..

Had lunch here today with my wife and one daughter. The service and the food were both good. I had the crib fire burger, my wife had the dynamite chicken salad (usually my reliable standby choice) and my daughter had the nachos appetizer for her entree. We all enjoyed our lunch and Morgan was a very pleasant server. We will be back here again.

My husband and I were here yesterday and as usual we loved our smoked chicken wrap, fries and green beans on the side. We were happy to have our usual server as she is wonderful. We go here frequently because in addition to liking the food, atmosphere, service and prices, it is in a convenient location for us.

Of all the Rib Cribs Ive tried this is my favorite one. Every once in while you may get a dry chicken or some other fluke, but service is always outstanding, and Ive had more positive experiences than negative ones here. Giving 4 stars because I cant consciously give 5 stars to a chain restaurant.

The food was very good but out service was not. She was slow and seemed inexperienced. The restaurant was not that full but we practically had to beg for silverware. She did not make us aware of menu options. I would gladly eat there again with a different waitress.
