Terrible place! I worked here for 3 weeks and quit because the boss was verbally abusive towards the staff. I got called stupid and immature and yelled at multiple times a day. I also saw her yell at customers and call them liars when they complained about their food. I was told to lie to customers that the food was homemade when it was bought. I was paid minimum wage and was told I would be fired if I took any tips that were given to me PERSONALLY. The owner kept all the tips which there were a lot of. She should be sued for this its really unfair to everyone who works so hard at the front of the restaurant. The food is overpriced and subpar. Its a Jewish deli but they have no kosher food! If you go here DONT TIP. Your not helping your server, your helping the owner steal all their money! And complain and see how you get treated after that!

This restaurant is NOTHING CLOSE TO KOSHER. Your restaurants advertisements and Google listings are FRAUD as your restaurant does not serve Kosher food, have kosher supervision, nor close on the Jewish sabbath. What kind of business has to lie about its food in order to deceive customers . Even more dispicable is that by overlaying your business as a kosher food establishment, you are knowingly causing many Jews and Muslims to sin by serving them food that is patently prohibited and spiritually poisonous.

I have eaten in kosher style Delis in New York, Chicago, and even in Las Vegas. This compares very favorably to all of them. I highly recommend this Deli. Kosher food typically is more expensive, even buying it at a grocery. The prices are certainly not unreasonable. The post about the owner stealing the money of the employees is patently ridiculous.

Ive had Sandwiches here for a while now, they stack them with lots of meat just like in New York delis. Bread is great, try the marble rye. Thumbs up to Goldmans all the way down to the perfect potato salad! Great staff too, always smiling and welcoming.This is "best of" for sure!!

My husband loves the kreplach soup! Chopped liver is the best from any deli in the Phoenix area. French toast is wonderful (soaked overnight). Gefilte fish is made in house and quite delicious. Service is always with a smile. Recommended without reservation!

Old worker dont eat hear this lady treats her employes realy bad and her food is not fresh she reheat from the day before and food that return she will give to the next customer.she wont even give her employes the tips.i quit because of this

Can I give them 10 stars?? I run over to Goldmans whenever Im craving a chopped liver sandwich. Their appetizer scoop of Chopped Liver, with a slice of tomato, a slice of onion, and lettuce does the trick. Ooh, I want one right now!!

This place is extremely dated. You have to order from a counter and sit in an extremely un attractive room with no service personnel in. The food is ok by Jewish deli norms but certainly not great. Chompies is a better alternative.

Dependably fabulous food like bubbe made. We come back often and use take out to supplement holiday meals. Not advertised as kosher, folks, just kosher style, aka traditional Jewish home cooking. Yum!
