Years ago this Red Lobster location used to be thriving. Now, this place has gone straight to hell. Third time Ive been back in years since the excellent food & service and lets just say I am never coming back. The food is undercooked, greasy, and just plain tasteless. You can tell they just heat up frozen crap and serve it as supposedly "fresh cuisine." Another issue is the pricing. Over the years the price has gone up and are now equal to the location in times square in NYC. The create your own used to be $13.95 now for 2 its $19.49!! And they upcharge you for crab legs! Why???? Ridiculous! For frozen prepared food Ill pass! This location better be careful because pretty soon I see them closing their doors for good. And no outside makeover, which theyve done over the years will save this place!

The food was really good, cant say I was disappointed with it at all. Although, I cant help but say that I think its a tad overpriced. There were some cheap options on the menu but you really had to search for the ones that were under 20$. I got the sirloin steak with mashed potatoes, French fries and broccoli, and the steak was very good but a little small. It was 16.46$ which was probably the best deal on there, if you order something seafood related though, expect to pay more than 16$. Other than that, I enjoyed my experience there, but since Im not made of money I wont be dining here again for a long time haha.

It was my first time in 3 years going to Red Lobster since my horrible experience at the Times Square location. I love this location !! My food was great the restraunt was very clean and service was great. Krista T was my server and she was such a Sweetheart :) She was very polite and professional and made sure that none of my sisters food had dairy in it. She also gave me a bag of biscuits to go which was very nice of her ! I was extremely pleased with my experience :) I lost my receipt so I couldnt do the Red Lobster survey .

Normally go here and never have a problem or complaint. Today was different. It seems as if our waitress had her tables in a different area then where we were seated. Im not sure what happened but she didnt come to us at all really. Another waitress had to get her in the very beginning. She brought us our food but did forget our salads and we never got them. And it took her a long time to bring our check. It normally isnt like this and the food was still good so I give it a 4.

The staff is extremely friendly! The food is absolutely delicious. I had a problem with portion size. I ordered the half portion of the fresh salmon and it was wayyy over priced for the teensy portion they gave me. The place is always busy so its also hard to find a parking spot here. The drinks are amazing. The desert is great. The seating arrangements are a little cramped but not too bad. Overall its a good place to eat.

Just left an hour ago...Went to grab a bite with afew of my good friends in a wedding...The food was HORRIBLE ..out of a group of 6...there was 2 drinks and 2 ateak meals sent back..BOTH 2nd meal options were even worst and the steak was bloody. After sending that back and deciding not to eat.. .The Manager Diane ignored us the whole time...No apology..no nothing..HORRIBLE AND I WILL NEVER RETURN OR REFER....

First..the boy waiter had a very nice personality which is great.I feel the waiters are told not to show the special fests that are on the commercials because this has been the third time it has not been offered to us.As far as the food,it is definetly not the size of a commercial or menu pictures.The flavors are good,but we got the tiniest clams and shrimp ,those that should be in a soup not a entre.

Great service, clean, food was good. Someone threw up in the toilet before me and it was nasty. thankfully I had already eaten. I dont know if my tastes have grown up or what, but the Alfredo sauce was disgusting. I have enjoyed it in the past but not so much this time. Coconut shrimp is always great, coffee was weak.

They are also open for lunch and if you come here during the warmer months you may be able to catch a game of Bocci being played across the street at "Spaghetti Park" Who needs to go to Little Italy in the city when you can come here to Corona Queens and get the Best Italian food in New York City!

Always great service and food here. Not 5 stars due to my own opinion of the menu not really changing all that much over the years. But I am never disappointed with the quality of service and food. I also havent ordered everything on the menu so to be fair 4 stars is as high as I should go.

The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. We had great, friendly service. The food was perfect. I ate salmon New Orleans with mashed potatoes and broccoli. I loved it. Warm garlic bread was served which was so tasty, warm and soft. I cant wait to enjoy a dinner here again!

The server took 15 minutes to come to me. Then after taking the order and bringinhbthe salads he didnt check back on us. I had to send someone to call him to notify him I needed bread. At the end if the horrible service the food taste good. Thank God for that.

Great plump, fresh oysters on the half shell, perfectly cooked seafood, fun,well made drinks ie watermelon margarita and long island ice tea. Gene, our server was pleasant, funny, attentive,available and informative. Time well spent.

One of the best Red Lobsters I have been to. Went during LobsterFest and got both Maine and Rock Lobster Tail and both were great. Top notch service as well. RL can be a hit or miss chain but this one is definitely a hit!

Get there early to avoid being stuck behind a glut of fried fish enthusiasts. Theres a reason its popular: fine dining quality seafood (more or less) in casual but refined digs. Genuinely good steaks too.

So much better than Stonybrook the bartender is a grown up and takes pride. Everything is so clean (I know its newer). Just a different vibe. Great place to get take out too.

I am torn on this place. The food is usually pretty good but the lobster tails are usually rubbery. The managers and staff were always nice and the other meals came out well
