it is very time consuming to write a review, and I am taking the time out of my day to tell you how horris the sub line and deli lines are! You honestly will wait 15-10 min for a sub with maybe one other person in line. The staff is horrible in that section. I waited 25 minutes to get a chicken meal and no one offered to helped or even made eye contact. I left. I shop at publix on linebough and it is amazing! This place on west waters needs to close. Incompetent, it does not take 15-20 minutes to make a sub. Or even cut 1lb of meat. Deli and that back section is a joke.

This is my regular Publix, and shopping here really is a pleasure. That said, my husband is the cook in my house & does the REAL grocery shopping. Im only here when we cant make it to the weekend for something. But I know where almost everything is, and every employee is helpful when I cant find some odd item. The cashiers are super friendly, and will find/use their in-store coupons if I ask. And this store is always very clean!

As I was leaving today a lady was with her son and had a slip and fall. A young associate quickly got the managers, as they walked up and standing in front of her they ask, are you ok...... the lady just fell with a busted knee cap and they ask if she is ok and if they need to call an ambulance, could putting ice on it fix it. Seriously? I understand thats a nightmare of paperwork but show some concern

Store is small does not carry half of other publix every time I go there is always something you do have in this store. Today I have to leave go to another Publix just to get a Birthday cake all i wanted was white cake with chocolate frosting for a boy girl said they only have one with pink.also did not have the Pancho bread crumbs with lemon....

Its a convenient location but I do have several gripes. They always seem to stop carrying foods and such that my husband and I like. People tend to park in the fire lane and like to drive the wrong way in the parking lot. The new layout of the store makes it seem more spacious, however the flower display creates a really bad bottleneck.

The WORST publix Ive EVER gone to. I will not go to this location anymore. The bakery employees are rude, never want to help & NEVER have the cake you need. So sick of even wasting my time here. I will start doing the extra commute to go to a different location, if they cant get it right why give them my money?

The people are super friendly. They genuinely want to help you. The Store manager really cares about the customer. Ive been going to this particular Publix for 11 years now and I feel spoiled that I cant go to another one without comparing or feel like Im cheating on my neighborhood store...lol

I have been working here for a few months and it is very convent to get to/from work by biking, as far as customer service, they are very helpful and do what they can do, this is the best job Ive had: pay is outstanding, but not a fan of "Helping" people, but I GET PAID FOR IT!

The Deli department is a joke. I constantly wait 20 min for a half pound of sandwich meat. There is always plenty of staff behind the counter, and its never busy. They need a new crew back there that has some half way decent work ethic, and or common sense in the workplace.

Regarding Deli: Horrible! Extremely inefficient workers. 15-20 minutes wait times. Sandwiches flavor and content Cary from week to week. Always different depending on who is making them. A handful of employees are not amicable. I will now try the Sheldon Rd Publix.

I really like this Publix its in Town and Country on West Waters Avenue in Tampa. Its across the street from the Walmart. Its my second favorite Publix in Tampa the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable on where everything is located and their Deli is excellent

Same as always. The only employee that acknowledged my existence was the cashier. Id like to know what Publix that the people (on your commercials )shop at because there arent any Publix like that around here.

Fairly average as far as Publixs go. Never had an issue with this location. The staff is friendly everything I need is there. The parking lot needs a bit of work, but its Town & Country, what would you expect?
