We normally enjoy checkers immensely, and we order pretty much the same thing every time. The past few times the food has been disgusting and overcooked, and tonight they brought our order to the wrong house, brought us new, completely dry fries, and did nothing to verify that we were the people who placed the order. Even though they gave us a refund for the inconvenience, waiting two and a half hours for dry cheese fries has put us off. I feel bad for the owner because when he is there the food is amazing, but when he is not there they tarnish his reputation.

This place SUCKS !!!! The manager who just opened a new shop on the Berlin Turnpike, is soooo. cheap, he doesnt even have AC in the Manchester store..the high school kids working there for minimum wage were sweating their heads off !!!! I had to wait in my car for my order..it had to be 200 degrees in there. His response..."I need a new condenser--its fine in the winter ". I said, what was your excuse last summer when I came in and the temperature was the same ???? What a looser...Food has gotten worse too...will never go back

Awesome grinders! Guy behind the counter is extremely friendly. Food took a little longer than I would have liked, but he warned me ahead of time that it would be because he had multiple orders and gave me some free chips for the inconvenience. Go to MCC right down the street and stop in often after night classes. Definitely recommend.

Once again I try to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but every time!! I ordered just a chicken wing and mozzarella sticks. It takes them 1 hour and a half to get to me. My house is literally walking distance from this place!! The food is not even that good!!

Ordered a tuna grinder and small pizza waited 45 min for it to get here which was fine but when the order was delivered the grinder had no tuna on it. When I called back the person on the phone was laughing very rude awful customer service.

Not going back there. Fries and Mozzarella Sticks were all that I ordered and I couldnt eat more than a few bites. It tasted like frozen food heated up in a microwave. Very disappointing and a waste of time and money.

We placed our order at 9:43pm and it arrived after 11pm. The fries were soggy and cold. The pizza was cold, greasy, bland and smothered in cheese. This was our first time ordering from here and it will be our last.
