I visited Hub City Chicken & More for the first time a couple days ago and the food was really good. I went back today and ordered the same meal. However, this time the food was cold and just did not taste fresh at all. My two year old didnt even want the meal and she loves chicken and wedges. I can say that I did go at a later time my first encounter and only roughly an hr and a half after open today. Therefore, if I try them again, itll definitely be late afternoon.

I had the spicy chicken bites, fries, and okra. The whole meal wouldve been better if it were warm. Im not sure how they make the chicken bites but it seems like they deep fry them and then leave them sitting in buffalo sauce until you order them which makes the breading soggy. Fries were also limp and soggy. The okra was breaded and fried and was tasty. Unenthusiastic service when asking about menu options.

They have what I describe as potatoes log fries, like a potatoes wedge in fry form. I love them. Chicken is good, sides are like the offerings at many meat and three type places. Good value for the quality and taste. It isnt gourmet food, it is fast food, but is great for what it is.

They have hands down the best chicken strips in Spartanburg. Good size, not overly breaded or overly spiced, moist and delicious. Also love the rolls.
