For about a month this Taco C was great, and I was excited about the new location. However, this quickly became the worst customer service experience in the area. Sometimes, I feel sorry for the employees because its busy and they appear understaffed, but other times there will be three or four employees ignoring you. They will send EVERY car from the drive-through to the front to wait for their order, as if just handing it out the window will be harder than walking it out to you cold. A group of coworkers and I went there on a Friday evening. It took about five minutes to be acknowledged by any of the staff, including the manager. After our order was reluctantly taken, every single one of us had something wrong with our order. The manager finally corrected the worse order about twenty minutes later. There was no profuse apology or acknowledgement that there were major shortcomings. Some of the dishes have microwaving as part of the recommended cooking (enchilada for example) and we received an enchilada plate so over-microwaved that the cheese was melded into the styrofoam as a solid block. It has just been repeatedly disappointing since shortly after opening, and Im sure many people are experiencing similar problems.

Taco cabana food is delicious however my refried beans were more refried soup which made them inedible. The chips were cooked in old oil and you could taste it and it left a lingering aftertaste. They were shutting down the store at 8:30pm even though they close at midnight. My bean and cheese tacos were messier than they should have been and wrap in a way that made them twisted and smushed. It also took 5 minutes for 1 of 6 emoloyees to greet us and take our order. It only gets 2 starts because taco cabana is tastey. If you are willing to drive a little further go to the beach-western center location that one is 5 stars in service.

I actually like this place. The food is generally good and the staff are usually nice. However .... there is a lot of room for improvement. The dining area needs a lot of cleaning. Multiple tales not wiped, floor sticky, and salsa bar is disgusting. There is trash on the floor and staff dont seem to be aware. It feels like poor management and training. Everyone is in the back , out of sight no seems to be paying attention to the front of the house. It had been trending worse this year and tonight I had to say something. I dont think Ill be back until they literally clean up their act.

Service is bad...nobody to greet us when we walked in or to take our order. They shouted from the back to let them know when we were ready. Food took way too long. Breakfast tacos on a Saturday morning should be ready in 2 minutes...TOPS. The place was filthy...no tables wiped down and the bathrooms hadnt been touched in a week. The tortilla machine had old tortillas laying around on the floor...FILTHY! TC used to be good, fast, cheap and good service, going back to the original. The food is okay, but I wont be back. Do NOT go.

I got food poisoning after eating their chorizo and eggs breakfast tacos as an easy and fast breakfast since I was visiting the Fort Worth area. I normally dont eat junk food or fast food to begin with, but my host had kindly picked up breakfast before I started my day. I was sick all day and it did not make my second day in Fort Worth enjoyable. Two other people who I had breakfast with got sick as well from the breakfast tacos. Do not recommend their breakfast tacos and will definitely not be visiting Taco Cabana again.

Had issues for the second consecutive day ordering online. The issue being, i would pay but my order was never received by the store. This problem was handled VERY VERY POORLY by the night mgr on Duty @ the Beach st location (4-3-17) the first time around. The next day, i had the same issue at the Rufe Snow location and the night manager (James) went above and beyond to make this right! Very impressed with how he handled the situation and will continue to drive out of my way to that locAtion because of this!

Have tried them 2 time now. Customer service bad both times, and food was just ok the first time. The food the second time was burned. I got chicken and my husband got beef , its like someone put it on the grill and forgot about it. I guess this Taco Cabana want be there for long if this is normal. There was one down the road from this one several years ago and it closed too. Hope they can get it together, I really like the one on Western Center and Beach.

Everytime I go through the drive thru they miss something. I have learned to check every thing before I leave. and sure enough, this time they forgot part of my order. I had to park and go inside to get the rest of my order while the other was getting cold in my car. At least this time I did not get home first before figuring out they left something off the order. I gave it two stars because the food is pretty good especially for the price.

I was really excited when this location first opened. They were so much better than the other taco places close by. They were consistent for about a year then started going downhill, messing up orders, rude employees, dirty tables, closing early, uncaring employees - you name it. Ive left feedback and Ive filled out their surveys and nobody seems to care. Nobody contacted me back and nothing has changed.

FINALLY, AMAZING!! This location must be under new management because over the past few months it has sucked, but we went tonight and it so good. Instead of waiting 30+ minutes like before, food was SUPER HOT out in just a few minutes. The cashier was a sweet kid who held the best service weve ever had there. Im finally excited to come back! Taco Cabana kicks all the other taco butts. :)

Literally waited 14 minutes for food. I understand fast food places might take a while but it was not busy whatsoever. When we finally received our food, it was cold. The enchiladas were hard and the rice and beans felt like they were sitting in a refrigerator the past 20 minutes before they sent it out. Worst fast food experience Ive had in a long time.

It may be I only got there at the wrong time. However they took over 30 min to get my order ready. The salsa I like was gone, no way to dry your hands in the restroom, the sprite tasted bad and no sweet tea. And the guys were not friendly. I believe they need to get their &//££_/## together. What kind of manager do you have.

This Store is NOT 24 hours, despite all of the signage and the recorded message that greets you at the drive-thru. Worker was terribly rude when she told me they dont open until 6 AM. Ever heard off the off button on the drive-thru message instead of leaving your customers waiting with "order when youre ready"?

They were out of everything except shredded chicken and beef. I ordered a shredded chicken dish and they brought me shredded beef... The employee had very poor customer service skills. She threw away the wrong food and brought right food, but still had an attitude. I thanked her & she just walked away.
