Ugh. This Hooters has never been known for its service. However the last two times have been horrible! About a month ago we went to Hooters and waited... and waited... and waited. There were 3 parties standing in the lobby waiting and NO ONE greeted us, sat us, asked us to wait while they cleared tables... nothing. We were ignored. We stayed because the group of strangers made it a game waiting to see if more people would line up and how long it would take for us to be sat. Finally I went to the bartender, who was astonished no one had helped us yet!, who got a manager who sat us (we had to be moved a few minutes later because apparently he didnt know what he was doing). We enjoyed our food and the rest of our evening didnt have any issues. Well, we attempted to return last week. Guess what? Same thing. We are standing at the hostess desk only there is once again no hostess. We catch waitresses eyes: one is cleaning tables, another one takes an order from a table about 4 feet from where were standing and no one acknowledges us. So we wait. This time it doesnt seem like a game and Im unhappy. But no one does wings like Hooters so we wait... and wait... and wait. Almost 10 minutes goes by (can you believe it!!!) and a waitress walks RIGHT BY me, close enough I couldve touched her. She walks over to a computer to enter an order and AVOIDS eye contact. Were done. We leave. I dont know what it wrong with this restaurant but they obviously dont need my business.

Back in November, some friends and I came here to watch UFC 205. Why I would drive 40 minutes to Hooters to watch the UFC when I could watch it at my house (or in the worlds largest hooters 10 minutes from my house) is pure insanity but thats beside the point. The place was packed but parking was easy. My friends showed up an hour before the prelims so we had a table. Later I noticed a lot of people standing around. IMO, thats on them because you have to know its going to be packed during a major UFC event. I ordered the garden salad with chicken on it and the salad itself was quite avg (no surprise) but the chicken on it tasted great. I also ordered 10 original hot breaded wings. They were good and tasted no different than I recall from 8 to 10 years ago when I used to go to Hooters to watch the UFC. The way the sauce was dripping off them looked weird..different than I recall in the past but the taste was fine. My friend said he saw our server just sitting around much of the night doing nothing. I dont know about that. Service was a bit spotty at times but whenever I asked for something (like changing a TV from a football game to the UFC, or refills) they were accommodating. I do wish they had the sound louder on the UFC because you couldnt hear crap but overall plenty of TVs and there was no problem watching the event.

DONT ORDER THE CRAWFISH. When we arrived there were only two other tables in our section and a guy at the bar. We waited 20 minutes to have our order taken and a full HOUR for our food to be served. When it arrived at the table the crawfish was not hot at all, it was almost as if it hadnt been cooked. We each ordered different flavors and for some reason they had all been combined onto two plates instead of 4 separate plates. We asked the waitress to check with the kitchen to see which was which because it was not clear to us and she got an attitude. After 15 minutes she comes back and says none of them had been seasoned and that we could order the seasoning separately. Now our food is completely cold and still wrong. It took another 10 minutes for her to come back with the seasoning and after that she did not check on our table again until we asked for the check. Overall the service was terrible, the food was a disappointment, and I do not feel like I got my moneys worth. I will not be back to this location or any other Hooters if this is their standard of service.

I was extremely disappointed in the food today! My fiancé and I came to eat with our daughter and I have never had such awful food that I paid $50 for. FOR STARTERS: our daughter was given a huge sweet tea that she could barely drink rather than a kids tea and we were charged $3 for her kids drink. Wtf. Second, our wings came out and you couldnt even see any buffalo sauce on either of our plates. There was no spice to the wings and it tasted like something I couldve gotten at KFC for a third of the price. When my fiancé went to put the chicken in a Togo box, the under paper was so greasy that it ripped to shreds and his plate was practically a bowl of grease! We will not be going back.

I have been to this location in the past and thought it would get better the next time. The next time came and still the same old environment with the waitress waiting 10 min to get our drink order due to sitting and relaxing with who I would assume to be a regular. Half of our food arrives and the other half 12 min later and undercooked. The manager was confronted and a sarcastically reply was I will let your server know the problem. I wish I could post pics of of my food to better achieve a response.

Me and my wife wanted to try something different, decided on this place. Most the staff was friendly, but our waiter rushed us on ordering and was friendly occasionally but mostly rude. The food was not all that great, and the wings made both me and my wife very sick to the point of puking. The music was very loud, to the point that me and my wife were not able to hear each other unless we leaned across the table. Definitely do not recommend this place, and we will never go back.

Awful service. You walk in and they look at you like you broke in. They walk past you stone faced, as if theyre hoping you dont ask them anything. You seat yourself and just hope someone decides to maybe see if youre hungry or something, since you just walked into a restaurant. I understand its crowded. I usually dont complain. But Hooters is usually over-the-top helpful so this stuff is glaring. I feel like I just walked into a strangers living room uninvited.

We just ate there tonight and it was excellent! The girls were all very clean and well kept, wonderful attention to detail, and even the manager came by to make sure that everything was doing well. They take great care of their customers, and have a great stocked shop as well if you want a souvenir after you are done eating! I will definately be returning with my boyfriend to eat there again. Wonderful food.

Horrible staff. Dont come on ufc nights, you will not get a table and when there is an avaible table it takes them 10 mins to clean it. We have been waiting for 20 mins and 7 possible customers have left. I dont understand why the management wont help turn these tables faster. Some tables have been here for more than 2 hours. Also people are smoking cigarettes right outside the door.
