Bought 3 Taco Supremes, and all 3 were about half the weight they shouldve been. One of them had exactly 3 small pieces to tomatoes on it, and another had NO tomatoes or cheese! As bad as all of this is, it wasnt even the worse part. When I noticed the first one being extremely underweight, I showed it to one of the managers, and he looked at me like there was something wrong with me for even bringing it to his attention! When I challenged him to weigh it, he threw it away in disgust and made another one. When I opened the next one and found it to be worse than the first one, I was careful to avoid the first manager that Id spoken to and took it to another manager who claimed to be the store manager. I told her about my experience with the other manager on duty. I then showed her my second taco supreme, and she began to cite help positive Taco Bell corporate had been writing them instead of addressing my concerns at all. If you can manage to get your order correct from these people, the food itself is fine. However, if you are looking for any kind of customer service whatsoever, this is not the place to go. The management is rude and complacent, and the employees dont appear to want to be there at all. It will take you forever to be served even if no one else is there in the lobby, no one will ever smile or make you feel welcome.

Horrible service, spent $20 on dinner... Drove home 10 muinets away and got home to find all of the food soaking wet... And so I call them 4 times to finally get someone to answer while letting it ring 30 times each call... Then I get put on hold... When I finally talk to a manager he tells me that another manager is telling him that they are not going to give me a refund unless I bring the smoking wet food back over to the store at 11 O clock a night... Needless to say I will not be going back to this taco bell ever again...

Literally waited almost an hour for my food.. I only waited because I paid with debit and when I asked for a refund they told me it wasnt possible without the store manager who they tried to contact several times to no avail. I left disappointed with my food that I threw away because it wasnt even hot at all.. waste of my hard earned money and bad management.. also other customers left because a girl was on her phone with the same gloves she handeled food with after.... really unsanitary

Every single time Ive come through this drive thru Ive received the rudest service. Employees are short when they speak to you, rush through your order, throw your stuff in a bag and never even look you in the face. They act as if you are bothering them. I see a lot of other people saying the staff is friendly. I had to double check and make sure I was reviewing the correct Taco Bell because the customer service here is TERRIBLE. I dread coming to this place.

The food is usually decent, but they cant get an order right to save their lives. They NEVER include extra sauces youve requested (tonights visit makes 5 times in a row), and they dont give you the complete order. I was already home before I realized it, which is my fault since I knew better from past visits. Done with TB. The food isnt good enough to make the hassle worth it.

The girl who handled our order was awesome! My brother and I had just gotten to the end of a 16 hour drive, helping my other brother move, and she gave us our drinks for free. :-) Also, I havent been to Taco Bell for quite a while, and theyve added a lot of items to the menu. I had the smothered burrito and it was very good.

Went here because someone else picked the location. When we arrived at our destination to eat we pulled the food out of the bag and the had our order messed up. Unfortunately, we weremiles away so we were just disappointed. The parts that they got correct were good though and the price was right.

Really like the crispy tacos and XXL burrito. I hate going through the drive-thru though! It irritates me how they (...this location...maybe others too) say "hey, how are you." I want a proper greeting from a restaurant...something like, "Welcome to Taco Bell, order when ready."

Super clean inside and the employees are super nice. I come here every day for breakfast and the items are always loaded and not skipped out on. For the price you can not beat the amount of food you get per dollar.
