Good food but service was awful. Not impressed at all with the staff and a worker was put on the spot, she obviously knew what was going on. Walked in with sister and immediately the manager and 2 co-workers (manager called over) were staring at me and laughing. They didnt try to hide it and the staff member that told to help us was so nervous that she couldnt even take our order correctly. I live in Washington state and next time I visit I will definitely not visit Popeyes.

Very Disappointed!! First they got my order wrong and gave us regular chicken instead of chicken tenders ...and if I wouldnt have opened all the boxes I would not have found out until I got all the way back to Owasso!! Then when I did get that fixed and went home to eat....mine was spicy and I ordered mild....I couldnt even eat it!! The girl even repeated my order several times and still screwed everything up!!

Popeyes I have been to no one speaks English they speak Spanish only the employees will get in your way and expect you to move out of there way someone needs to tell them about customer service they are rude never apologize I will never return to this restaurant I am sick of the Mexican workers now learning English

Hands down the best fried chicken in Tulsa. Sometimes the service can get a bit sketchy and you may need to remind them that youd prefer hot fresh fries. But you just cant mess with either their chicken or their gravy. Im hungry for it now and overseas. Damnit, I shouldve skipped this review.:)

I went there and the manager said the system was down so had to use cash so I did and he tried to short me 2.00 bucks then acted mad cause I caught him trying to rip me off. My fries were disgusting,like they were grease. I think corporate should definitely look into it. I wouldnt recommend it.

Was very fresh and the lady working was very helpful. I didnt catch her name. But I havent eaten at one of these in years and had a question or 2 about some of the sauces. The place is very clean, quick service and cheerful.

Love that chicken from Popeyes. The food is great but sometimes the service sucks. Its slow and these people are not all bilingual so its hard to communicate. Just point and pay.
