Very nice informal atmosphere and servers are top notch with a sense of humor. Ive eaten here twice in the evening. My sons father-in-law and I went together both times, its a nice night out for the "grampas" and we have a great time. Im a curry fan so I had the red curry with beef, he had a shrimp dish and both were superb. Ive never been to Thailand so I cant vouch for the "authenticity" of the food but the flavor is outstanding. They rate the spicy-ness of the food from 1-5 and I like mine to be a 5. At that rating the food is quite zesty and flavorful. The restaurant and restrooms are immaculate. We got our food as fast as we wanted it, but then were not in a hurry so I didnt really time the service. The food is very reasonably priced, we had our meals and drinks and it cost well under $50. I have no complaints at all. Stop by Handels Ice Cream for a sundae on the way out of the shopping center to top off a nice evening.

Wife and I stopped into this place midday on a Saturday, we were the only ones there. Quick drinks, server kept our drinks full, so no complaints about the drink service. Being the only people there, I assumed the food would arrive pretty quickly. It didnt, it actually took a solid 20 minutes despite us being the only people in there. I ordered the Tofu Pad Sew Ew, typical Thai dish, usually love it. The tofu was...not the best. Honestly, there was zero flavor in it, almost as if the tofu was fried in a different dish all together, and put in at the last minute with the noodles. (which were great) Always scares me when a restaurant has zero customers at a prime lunch time on a Saturday. Regretfully, we wont be returning.

I inadvertently ordered the eggplant dish with "vegetables" by mistake, stating I just wanted vegetables, since meat was an add-in option. The eggplant dish was presented with literally only 7 or 8 small pieces of eggplant...and the rest of the dish was a variety of vegetables. When I asked about it, the waitress said I had ordered the eggplant with vegetables. When I complained that even if thats the case, I would assume the vegetables are added to the dish, not replacing the dish! When I asked to remake it or at least add more eggplant, the waitress stated there would be a $2 charge! Ridiculous. We wont be back, although its too bad, since the food is good.

I had never been here but the reviews were good and I really wanted some Thai food. I was not disappointed. I had one of the lunch specials and asked for it extra spicy. It was perfection. The service was great and they serve Coke products which is a plus for me. The servings are generous without being too much. A quiet peaceful atmosphere made dining even more enjoyable. The price was reasonable also. I loved it and will be again.

Truly one of Virgnia Beachs top picks for Thai food. Typically we order the Sweet and sour tofu that is perfectly blended and seasoned. However, Papaya salad, spring rolls, Tom Yum, Pad thai ALL are good. Food is seasoned well, never over salted. Healthy ingredients and taste. Vibe of the restaurant at Red Mill shopping is exquisite, welcoming, and truly family oriented.

Great atmosphere, great service, delicious food, and good prices. The straw wrappers were oragami-d to look like roses which was a really nice touch and a real rose sat on each table. The summer rolls and chicken cashew dinner were both great! We went because we had a groupon but it wasnt valid at this location. Still glad we went though!

Slow, awkward service, despite near empty restaurant. "Crabmeat" appetizer was more like a flavorless sliced log of deep fried ground chicken (after waitress corrected my pronunciation of it). "Very spicy" chicken entree was mild at best, little more than chicken, rice, and some supermarket vegetables. Avoid.

My litmus test of a city is their cuisine and I have made Thai a part of my judging...Tida Thai is nearly the best I have ever had. I havent been to Thailand but I have been all over the northwest hemisphere including Toronto, NY, LA, Seattle and they are probably the best I have ever eaten!!

Yum. A little pricey when you add in drinks, appetizers and dessert. But what place isnt. Food is amazing and authentic. I recommend everyone give it a shot. Spring rolls are great and pad Thai is awesome.

For the price their food is pretty good, but it is not great food. I have had the pad Thai and pad see-ew both we just ok and a bit bland. The gals who work here are very nice.
