Im bummed about this because I was really looking forward to some delicious food from a highly rated restaurant. I ordered food from Ramailo through the BeyondMenu app. After an hour of waiting I contacted the restaurant to find out how my order was coming along. They told me it would be another 20 minutes as they had just sent the driver out to deliver. I waited another hour and was then contacted by the driver. He had apparently ended up a few neighborhoods over and needed help finding my apartment. I asked if he was using GPS, and he said he was so I gave him the name of my apartment complex to help him out (Ill point out here that the name of my apartment, my building number, and the gate code were in the notes section of the order) After that I received no further calls, my food never arrived, and when I tried to call the restaurant it went straight to voicemail. The driver didnt pickup when I called the number back either. ** I was about to submit this review with 1 star when I received a phone call from a different driver who was at my apartment complex with my order (Ill note its 3 hours after I placed the order) I got the food. They told me they dont deliver further than 11 miles (I just checked and Im 7.3 miles from them), and they were very sorry for delivering it so late. The food is cold, but its still quite delicious. Ive changed my review to 3 stars to reflect that. I can only imagine how tasty it is when its hot! They could have resolved almost all of my frustration by simply communicating with me about my order. If they know its going to be late, they should call. If they dont deliver to the area, they should call. I was ordering food to feed my kids and me so knowing whether or not my order would be delivered would have been crucial so I could prepare an alternative. We also live in an age where theres no reason in the world to get lost if you have a smartphone. My apartment isnt in a hard to find place. Its right off a major highway and google maps has an easy 13 minute route that pops up immediately. I really want to get the best experience from this restaurant so I will be going in next weekend to give them a shot in person. Im hoping the experience will be better than tonight.

This is by far the best Nepalese restaurant Ive visited in US. Unlike other Nepalese restaurant, this one doesnt have Indian taste. Will get to experience authentic Nepalese flavor. I was in Texas for 4 days of visit and I dined in this restaurant twice. The waitresses were so young but really polite and patient. Must not miss machha taareko, chatamari and Nepali khana set. It is so damn cheap! So much food for not so much. They had sooo many varieties in that khaanaa set. It even had warm melted ghee. It truly lives up to the saying everything is big in Texas. Youre missing a big deal if youre in Texas and have not tried this restaurant yet. I will visit it again next time Im there.

The waitress was nice to cancel our frozen-inside samosa. However, when the momo appeared to be Chinese dumplings served with momo sauce, we were very disappointed. There was literally no garlic, onion, cumin, turmeric, or a momo masala mix in the momo. It was a bland salty chinese dumpling like little bit green onion. some of us ordered newari platter and choila but werent too happy. Since they have so much good reviews, I am sure they can do better, but it was unfortunate our experience was pretty bad. Only if momo was good, I would have been neutral, but it was hard to swallow.

Lets start off by letting everyone know that the customer service in this place is incredible! Dikchyya and Ryan are excellent servers and helped me pick out my dinner for the evening that I went to eat at Ramailo. I normally stick to noodles, rice, or chicken. But I am glad I left my comfort zone. Their momos are the absolute greatest! I find my self wishing that Ramailo was closer to me, but any opportunity I have I do make the drive to Irving and enjoy a delicious dish! To anyone wanting to go, go! You will not regret it.

If have a catering at night and the chef are busy preparing food for event close the restaurant for the day. You cannot simply take orders make your customers wait for 30 minutes and say "we have catering tonite so your food will take 15 more minutes". Or you should have informed while take orders so that we get to decide if we want to wait or go. It is getting 2 stars because food was not bad and waitress was polite enough to apologize for the delay.

We went on 07/08/2017 after a year. We ordered Thali, Hakullo, Chicken MO:MO, Veg Mo:MO, and Newari Platter, Veg Chowmein. None of the ordered food besides Mo:MO and Chowmein were good. Thali came in dirty plate. They did not bring in real hakkullo, it was all full of ribs and fat. Everest has the best hakkullo and HImalayan has best Newari platter. We had gone there after a year thinking they might have improved but food quality has gone very low.

I catered food from Ramailo restaurant for Halloween party. Dikshya went above and beyond to make sure that food was good and the amount was enough. I ordered for 25 people, but the amount that I got was enough to feed 35 people. Food was amazing. I would recommend everyone to try Ramailo restaurant for Nepalese food. Excellent customer service and awesome food. I can not thank you enough Dikshya!

Dont have anything good to write about this place. I tried couple of item and looks like i find it worst. Will never ever try again. Thanks wanted to drop these words for bad customer support, Food and cleanliness. Looks like Mom and pops resturant. Not a fine dining resturant and do not expect anything good. Saw 1 waiter running here and there. So whats up with the service that you guys claim .

Ordered chilli momo, fried momo and chicken chilli and it was terrible.fried momo was sour however, Chicken chilly was like chicken pakoda and chilli chicken momo is full of cooked carrots, ketchup and deep fried momo and it was very sweet and no onions, green pepper cilantro and I ordered medium spicy. Everest restaurant is better than this restaurant never going to this restaurant ..

Great restaurant with delicious food. We ordered the Momos, Choila, chicken tikka masala, and goat curry. All were quite flavorful. Great service from the waitress. This is definitely a place to check out for excellent authentic Nepali food. One of the best in the category in the DFW area. Feel free to read my other reviews for other great restaurants in the area

I would like to give some negative stars but since no such option is available , im giving 1 star. Such a poor management and really really irresponsible staff. They made me wait for 2 hours for the order I placed and at the end of 2 hours they said they forgot about the order. gosh!! i dont know why they even run a restaurant.

poor maintenance, stains all over and dirty. Food is not good as well. It use to be good but now its filthy. Nepalese restaurant fail to maintain the cleanliness. When I went yesterday, even the air condition was not working and they had like 10 fans. It was so freaking hot, i had to unbutton my shirt and left early.
