Ive been ordering from wing stop since forever, so I was extremely shocked that when I placed an order on the app the new store in Beaumont (where I currently reside) called and said that I had to pay over the phone since I had a "large order". Its 2016 people dont just give their credit card info over the phone. And I was extremely confused since Ive never had to do this before even in my hometown. So Ill be keeping a close eye on my credit card statement for a while, just to be on the safe side.

I work down the sidewalk from Wing Stop and literally have been eating there everyday. The staff knows my name now!!! Very professional friendly people the manager there is nothing short of amazing!!! I was so excited when they opened and they hired the best staff! Food is always fresh and hot ready to go when ordered! Online ordering is great too and its even better they allow you to pay online which saves them money in case someone orders and dont pick their food up!!! Keep it up team!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered online...got home and the fries were cold and soggy and just thrown in the bag, not even in a container, the wings were dry and had no sauce on them. The worst wings Ive ever had. Will never go back.

Having to wait 40 minutes for wings when we came in at 11:23pm and placed our order so ridiculous they were not even busy so damn sad!!! They dont close tell midnight shame sham

Worst wing stop ever!!! Wings were over cooked and had no flavor at all. When I tried to return it they did not let me.
