Do not order on Uber Eats. The portion size is ridiculous. It seems as though theyve gotten good reviewers who visited the store though. My experience with them was awful. The first time I tried to order from them on Uber Eats, the restaurant accepted the order but later cancelled it, causing me to miss lunch. I was a little upset, but with my gut I guess I could stand to miss a meal or two. The second time I ordered from them the food arrived, but it was tiny. I was hungry so ordered the extra meat ($2.50) and had them add hummus ($1) and tzatziki sauce ($1) (for a total upcharge of $4.50.) I received food packed in a 1" x 4" x 6.5" container - smaller than 99% of microwave meals available at the supermarket. Inside the container it was filled with shredded iceburg lettuce with large clumps of onions and a single thin layer of meat on top. None of the other things that I had requested were seen or tasted. On one side there was 1.5 tablespoon of hummus and the other side had 1.5 tablespoon of sour cream. Im guessing they call the sour cream tzatziki sauce, but there was no cucumber flavor to it whatsoever. There are lots of places to get gyros, so if youre craving I recommend you dont go to this place!!

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I love Pita pit, but this place ruined it for me. The service is horrible and slow. If anyone has 30 mins for lunch, dont plan on going there because youll be waiting forever. I came when no one was there and they still couldnt get my food done in a decent time. To top it off, after being helped with no one in there initially, they help 3 others that came in after me and still wasnt done with mine. Whats disgusting is that the people thats handling the food had hairy armsand it was touching the food while making my pita. That should be consider a health violations. I wont ever be back.

Decent prices but very unorganized. Lunch rush. You order and pay.... And they have no way of tracking your order. You move down the line and tell them what you ordered. I ordered and paid for a black bean pita large. I then had to tell them. I explained I simply wanted whatever came on it. They have the ingredients on the menu items. The employee then asked if I wanted spinach. I stated clearly I am fine with whatever comes on it. He was confused. When he started reaching for items I knew werent on it I got annoyed. Wont be back. Also no attempt at keeping black bean patty from meat. Same utensils and cooking surface

This was my 1st time to a Pita Pit and what a bad experience. I arrived at 6:40pm and departed at 7:01. I only ordered one Pita and there was only one family in front of me. The order taker was difficult to understand. Slow speaking, mumbling. I dont know if she was tired or something else. The meat I had ordered sat on the grill (cooked and getting cold) for 5-6 minutes before she got to my order and we fumbled through the ingredients I wanted to add. She then flooded the pita with horseradish dressing not even listening to what I had told her to do. Not worth $8. Will never go back.

Truly one of the best pitas Ive had outside of the East Coast! Ingredients are fresh, flavors all very true and the amount of customization is insane! The real highlight was good falafel, its hard to perfect and these guys have done one helluva job with it. Staff was over the top friendly, food was crazy fresh and the restaurant is clean and colorful. Try "The Local" with some "Boom Boom Sauce" and youll be back for more!

The food good the atmosphere good. The customer service garbage. The young man that serviced me had the attitude of not wanting to be at work. When u tell someone this is your 1st time in their establishment they give u a run down of whats what. NO NOT THIS ONE!!!!! Said i could take a moment and look at the menu...... WTF???? Ok. Do not worry about me returning. And I love pitas. Smh

The experience was really confusing. One person yelling to me "Do you want onions" and another "do you want cheese?" and then a third asking "Cheese?"... It was just a lot of people working to make one sandwich and I was confused about the whole thing. Plus... way too many onions. Ended up not eating it after one bite.

I have not visited the store since we have a delivery option at my office . Their food is fresh,well prepared and delish! I wish I had a Pita Pit near my home- the food is good enough that I might be able to put up with slow service !! It is hard to find a healthy option at a reasonable price.

I went here today for the first time because an employee of the Pita Pit told me the food was really good.. IT WAS SO DELICIOUS! The flavors were so intense, fresh, and flavorful!!! I had the spicy black bean. OMG! I cant say enough about this place!

Ive been here 3 or 4 times, they have Fantastic food that is made right there in front of you. They always have quick and friendly service. Also the prices are very low, definitely a great place to get lunch or dinner!
