Im giving them a one based on customer service . I normally order my cakes from there because I must say , the cakes are delicious. My favorite cske is the "tres leches cake " and on August 24th , I purchased one for my husbands birthday. It was unfortunate to say that after dinner when we cut into the cake, it was "sour" one of my guest thought she was eating a cheese cake . I was so embarrassed. Needless to say no one ate cake. The next day I returned to the bakery with the cake and was told I had to wait for the manager to come in . I left my number for her to call me. The manager called me that afternoon around 2pm , I came into the store and she apologized asked me if I wanted my money back or another cake ? I did want my money back but I expected that , I mean the birthday was ruined with the spoiled cake and when I told her that she only offered me a $10.00 credit ? I will never buy another cake from there again . I expected a full refund and a fresh cake that I shouldnt of had to pay for !

me encantan los pasteles ...solo que la chica que atiende para ordenar los pasteles no es muy amable .. le pedi las muestras para ver como era mas o menos las medidas de los pasteles rectangulares y se molesto ..no me los queria ensenar y alfinal lo hiso pero con una mala actitud.

This place did magic for me i had to order last minute took them my idea and they made it happen for me from one day to another. great customer service speedy work and most of all it taste Amazing. I am very thankful my BF was happy with cake and they all love the look and taste. Conga Played with out sounds all night :D

Awesome bakery.. You might not think you would find such a great bakery in Ghetty Square but youre wrong. Cakes are moist and delicious and amazing fondant work. Bring in a pic and they will make you exactly what you ask for. I recently had a Giants Jersey made for my boyfriend and it was a big hit! Good work!!

Horrible experience you give them a time to pick up your cake and they cannot even have it ready by that time. They told me first they are 30 min behind after the 30 min they told me another 45 min and I had to wait 2 hours in order to get my cake HORRIBLE customer service.

Great spot to pickup some pastries, cookies, or cake. Their cheesecake and cookies are especially good (cheesecake is not made with a graham cracker bottom for those who prefer it). Everything I have bought has always been fresh.

The bagels are very good and the staff are very friendly. The custard and fruit in the tarts and eclairs was fresh and delicious-just the pastry was a bit stale (maybe because it was so hot in there).
