The smoothy was very bland....for the price will not go back...I jad to wait 20 mins. For my smoothy and it was just one customer in front of me...a customer who ordered after me and paid after me received her items before mime.....I had to ask for my receipt...so, they decided to not give me my original receipt with the survey...they chose to reprint me a receipt. However, they offered a customer after me their receipt and told her that there was a survey on her receipt to fill it out and she could receive money back. The service I received was horrible and this isnt my first time to Jamba Juice...I decided to go to this one because it was close to the location of where I was running errands.

What a change in this location. I have been to this location a few times in the past with sub par service and consistency in there smoothies. My issues where only with this particular location. I was in the area and decided to try yet again.... This location has changed dramatically! Much much better service. And less wait time. Totally different staff as well who were honestly better than most of the other locations that I frequent.

I went in and ordered a smoothie one day and havent gone back since, it tasted terrible, Im not sure if it was because they were close to closing and the fruits were no good or what but I didnt even finish mine and my boyfriend didnt either because his tasted bad too. As I was ordering a medium drink they said there was a deal to upgrade to a large for no extra cost which we did would wouldve been nice if it actually tasted good.

Very nice store -- way larger than most. And the smoothies are fine. But the service here is often lame, as in slow-slow-slow. I think the owner of this franchise must be a cheapskate and understaffs the location. And dont bother trying to use a coupon, as they always find a way to make it a hassle. I much prefer the JJs at Galleria and Preston Center.

Amazing Service, Brittney and Clay were awesome, she suggested the perfect drinks I had to come back for seconds...I had the Pomegranate pick me up and 2 shots of detox...Amazing, I felt great and it tasted great...they were smiles the whole time and were eager to help. the area is beautiful and inside or our, over all value is a 10.

That girl Burrito sure is the best employee Ive ever come across anywhere. I decided to quit my job and live outside Jamba Juice just to see whenever she comes in so I can make sure to have her take my order and make my smoothie. I havent eaten solid food in weeks. Great service

I stopped going to this location due to the fact that the store smells of weed and smoke almost every night I would go in. The employees are very rude and they seem to not care about the customers what so ever. Would not recomend this location to anyone.

Shout out to Vanessa!! She helped me choose the best drink, and told me about the shot that was bey worth to drink!! Love it here!! I got the mango... something smooothie, with pumpkin seeds for protein. LOVEEE! She recommended it :)

Friendly staff, fresh ingredients. I mostly come here for my wife, she loves the kale-ribbean breeze with a shot of wheat grass. Its fairly pricey for a drink, but you know what to expect if you go out for a juice anyway.

This a great place to go after a workout or a mid day snack. Drinks like the razzmatazz are amazing, but drinks like the amazing greens leave you wondering why broccoli never tasted this good before. I love this place
