I went through the drive thru and ordered a plate with SweetFire Chicken and Broccoli Beef. I got up to the window and the receipt showed everything correctly but when I got home I found out they didnt give me any Broccoli Beef. The girl at the window didnt look like she wanted to be there at all and the only words she said to me was my total. The SweetFire chicken that I did get was very sweet and bland tasting. It was marked as a spicy dish but there was no heat that I could detect at all. I only received 4 pieces of chicken as well. The rest of the "chicken" was just tiny pieces of batter caked with sauce that had no meat inside. The fried rice that came with the dish was equally disappointing. Very dry and bland. The only saving grace for it was the vegetables that were mixed in. They were actually cooked well and fairly tasty. But not nearly enough to make up for the shortcomings of the rest of the meal. Overall, I would not recommend going to Panda Express. I would suggest a local restaurant like Great Wall or another of the non-chain Chinese places in town.

Not sure what Im doing wrong. It seem every time I order. I ask for half chow mein, half steamed rice. I then say I would like teriyaki chicken next to the rice with extra teriyaki sauce on both the chicken and rice. They ask what else I would like. I say orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. Then they pick up a scoop of honey walnut shrimp, and put it next to the rice. Add orange chicken. Grab a small plate and put teriyaki chicken on it with extra sauce. Then pour sauce over rice and honey walnut shrimp. WTF. Im sorry but I want my honey walnut shrimp to taste like honey walnut shrimp. NOT TERIYAKI HONEY WALNUT SHRIMP. Please explain to me how I can order what I want, and get what I order

I absolutely love Panda Express! The portion sizes are plentiful--in fact, you get more for what you pay for. I continuously come back for two reasons. 1) The food quality is great! I always get fresh food and its very tasty. 2) They have a very friendly and caring staff. When I dined in with my family, the manager came and talked to us. He asked how everything was and if we needed anything. After my family was finished eating, there was even another employee that asked to take our tray so we wouldnt have to take care of it. I never expected this type of service! I feel like they go above and beyond their pay grade to make their guests feel welcome and comfortable. I recommend dining in next time you go! :-)

The BEST Sweet & Sour chicken on the planet! All white meat all the time with a crispy batter coating & fresh veggies to boot. Every time I go there they have the most top notch customer service & they treat me right if the wait gets excessive. All our "local" Chinese joints better take notice because this national chain is kicking @$$ & taking initials because they dont have time to take full names! Cheap great food plain & simple! Regardless of how you order it. #FanForLife

food is fine, better than a buffet. its a pretty clean restaurant considering its chinese and fast food. but the atmosphere... nauseating music, open kitchen which makes a lot of noise, single use bathrooms, the service line is set up so that you are at the mercy of one slow customer, since you cant skip ahead. seems like panda express all over the country are designed by the winners of an elementary school coloring contest. i will still go there because its cheap enough.

Used to love Panda. Have my nephew here and I work overnights today, just wanted a fast dinner. Forgot some of our order, (which was almost $50). Husband had to go back, ended up with cold food and us not being able to eat together. They attempted to compensate by giving us "first time guest card." Which was free egg rolls, or soda. Not even a free meal to make up for our botched food

Been here a couple of times. Every time I go the staff is always friendly and helpful. I think for the price the portions should be a little bigger but it isnt bad. I am not a fan of all of their food but for the most part it is pretty tasty. So in summary, I wouldnt eat here all the time but every now and then it is okay.

Poor customer service, rude. Paid for premium item and got 4 chunks of steak, talked to mngr and she said that next time I need to learn how to order. (WHATEVER THAT MEANS) In general small portions of meat and lots of veggies an rice. 0 stars for them Instead they earned a huge CARTON MEDAL.

There is no other place in town for fast food vegetables! The food is always delicious and the staff are friendly. If you are going for lunch, it can get busy. Use the panda express mobile app before you come and jump to the front of the line.

This place has been a great place to come back to time and again. Georgina, Vinnie and Maria are always great to see and work very hard. The kitchen Crew from 12-7 are really great at keeping fresh food coming. Thank you panda team!

Super slow not worth the wait service terrible manager does not give a darn about how long you wait for your food!!!!! 30 min drive through wait ;( once you get in there drive thru you are kidnapped into you get out

The food looks and tastes fresh. The salads are delisious and the dressing are really good. Warning the Big Max Pizza (Meat Lovers) is very good and loaded. However also very greasy. Friendly service

It looks clean every time I go there. They also have online orders, which I recommend because its so fast. Food is typical fast-food Chinese, but they have a decent amount of options and it tastes good.

Always great food, even on a bad day. Never experienced a problem with service. Only complaint is their drive through is broken half the time. Still worth getting out of your car though

Fresh hot made to order food in front of you. I havent had anything there I didnt like. No buffet. More of a fast food set up. Order , pay, then sit. Noodles are very good.
