By far my favorite spot for breakfast in all of Denver. Definitely not the place to go if you are looking for a lighter meal, but they are biscuits and gravy are top-notch! The whole restaurant has a really cool vibe to it from the assortment of coffee mugs to the large Cowboy an alien painting hanging from the wall and the assortment of board games available for you and your friends to play. What is cool is that after 3 oclock it changes from Denver Biscuit Company to Fat Sullys Pizza period both options are equally delicious. But again, there breakfast is amazing, I would definitely recommend getting one of their giant cinnamon rolls to share, they are huge but totally worth it. It can get a bit crowded during popular brunch times and can have over an hour wait. The inside because it is so small can also get pretty loud and cramped

First off, the biscuits and pizza are amazing at this place. The atmosphere and location are also on point. But for me, the service (at the bar) was lacking and here is why... Three beverage orders and a food order and every time I said thank you, the bartender just walked off and began conversing about restaurant drama with the other bartender. No friendliness at any point during my visit whatsoever. I would understand if it was busy but the bar was maybe half full. Its not a huge deal but having worked for years in the restaurant business, friendliness is of the upmost importance, especially with a customer dining alone. If I come back again, I will not be sitting at the bar

Love the pizza but really bummed that they dont handle the delivery services themselves anymore, especially since this is advertised all over the store and on their website. Called them to place a large order and they said some online company has taken it over but they didnt know who handles it, what number to call, or anything. The "whatever dude, matter of fact" type response was also disappointing. While we have been customers since they opened, it just doesnt seem to have the same level of service anymore, sorry guys but we decided to move on. Five stars for the pizza but one star for the delivery situation.

Pizza itself is delicious and ordering a 26" pizza has a fun wow factor. However, the kitchens choice to prioritize takeout orders means that if you choose to dine in during a busy takeout time (Fri/Sat nights) you need to be prepared to wait 1.5 hours for a pizza. This wait for your delicious pizza would be easier if the servers were honest but when quoted 45 minutes and then waiting double that time you are left hungry wondering why youve been led on when you could have ordered the pizza as takeout and be satisfied an hour ago!

I give this for the overall experience. When I have my kids, or when Im riding solo, the biscuits are great for a Sat/Sun breakfast. Get there before 8:30a though unless you want to wait a bit. On top of that, the pizza is always quality and top notch. Straight up NY style and done well. Last but not least, the people that work there are always friendly and attentive. Its a small chain but it feels very local. Good spot to go.

Delicious Biscuits and Gravy, plenty of delicious drinks available (Bloody Marys were delicious) and the Bacon-topped Cinnamon Roll was absolutely fantastic. If there is a wait for a table, it is worth it. My party waited about 20-25 minutes, and then were treated to an absolutely delicious meal with drinks and all. Wish I couldve tried more food, but I was already pretty stuffed.

this place gets 5 stars for a few reasons. you can eat here for every meal. Technically it is two restaurants in one. the Denver biscuit company and atomic cowboy. Everything I have had here has been great. but the best part for me is that they are open until 2am and the pizza slices are gigantic. There is no other pizza place like it in Denver

Breakfast, brunch/pizza, pizza and excellent drinks all day long. This place changes throughout the day which can be frustrating and awesome all at the same time. You can miss breakfast or be too early for pizza but it has excellent food and drinks and their heart clogging cinammin roll is the ultimate dessert breakfast.

This was a good spot for some great pizza and drinks!! The wide variety of toppings makes it possible for vegetarians to not starve at this location. The bar proudly brandishes an adequate list of specialty beer and cocktails. The service was a little slow, but that is understandable, it was a busy Friday night.

Ripped me off for $5. Rang my happy hour drink in at regular price, refused to change it, and refused to honor the $5 pizza beer agreement ($7.50). Shrugged shoulders when discrepancies raised. If you want mystery when it comes to pricing, this is the place. If you want what is advertised, go somewhere else.

Great pizza and location on Tennyson. The bar has a very cool neon cowboy sign that makes this place memorable. A great place for beers and pizza with friends. The tap list is constantly changing and pulls from many of the great local breweries. Order pizza by the slice or get a whole pie for the table.

Best big slices in town, and by town I mean west of the Mississippi. Friendly staff, atmosphere on point. Astronauts and Cowboys, whats up? Brunch is beyond spot on and the drinks a great. Good beer selection. Lots of kids and families wont detract from your Sunday Funday if you are getting after it.

Maddie took really good care of us tonight, better than some of the other visits weve had here. Also the pizza tonight was the best pizza weve had here. We ordered a whole, white sauce, artichoke and tomato. It was delicious. Again, thanks Maddie for restoring our faith in Atomic Cowboy on Tennyson.

The many "personalities" of this place makes it hard to give it anything but a perfect rating!! Atomic Cowboy is just the bar. (And a fine one, at that) Depending when you visit, it also plays host to giant New York style pizza (Fat Sullys) and delicious biscuit-based breakfast (Denver Biscuit Co)

This place has awesome pizza, but it is a shame that the bartenders are not personable and are pretty rude. Hope to see some friendlier staff members around!! Multiple staff seemed to be having a great time talking amongst themselves while everyone clustered themselves into the corner...

I work here and it is by far the best job Ive ever had, great atmosphere and really friendly. Plus the food is good. Having ten years in the pizza business and twenty years cooking experience I have a lot of professional pride and Fat Sullys definitely has a product I can stand behind.

30 minutes for a pizza is a long time to wait when fancy pie places take 20 minutes. The selection of topping options are limited. Not offering biscuits and gravy late night is a huge mistake and only reason I came to this place. The server she was uber friendly and only save.

Awesome Food! We split a Biscuit sandwich & a slice of meatball pizza with some great coffee, where in the world do you get that combination? On top of that the service from the Staff was great, especially Stevie!!!! Do yourself a favor and add this one to your list, I DID!!!!

Food is very good and have a good beer list but the service could be better and you have to get up and get your own coffee. I cant have my breakfast at a place where I have to not only pour my own coffee but have to get all my refills as well. I can do that at home.
