I have never experienced such service at a "fast food" joint. Very poor customer service. We ordered 15 classic wings/10 boneless with 2 large fries. We waited over an hour for this order. The order could have taken longer if we didnt ask what was taking so long. Their excuse was that it takes longer to cook classic wings. Ive never heard such a thing. Its meat and it shouldnt take that long. People who ordered after we walked in received their order way before us. It took them 20 minutes for their order. They placed the wings in the bag where it spilled. They did not apologize for anything. I would not recommend eating here AT ALL. You could get better and faster tasty wings at 7/11. Very disappointing.

I went on two different occasions and the wings were very good it did take a bit longer then Im use to but Im really picky about my wings and like them cooked for about 20 minutes instead of the usually 12 or 14 it takes I waited almost 45 minutes which is pretty long double the time my wings take to cook but they were delicious so four stars because wait time is long

Every time i order extra well done and extra seasoning my order is never what i ordered. This time there is no seasoning on the fries. Everytime i walk into the restaurant, the seating area and soda area is nasty. The floors are sticky and the counters are sticky. The bathroom looks like it belongs to a run down gas station. I dont go in there when its busy either.

This place is ruining the wing stop name. Slow service, no sauce on anything, no seasoning on fries. Second time I got cajun. First time no dry seasoning, guess what happened second time. Even after I said "last time I had no seasoning, can you make sure I get some". Just a bad eatery ruining a good name.
