Worst tasting Kentucky Fried Chicken Ive ever been to. The chicken tasted like the guided out of a box and just threw it in a broiler or something maybe got a box from Walmart or somewhere service really was bad. There was nobody waiting in line we got there I asked for a cup for water and I might as well been asking for a million dollars because everybody behind the counter just looks and stares at you I would never recommend anybody going back to this KFC Taco Bell.

The line is always long and then you get through and they dont get your order right or if they do they give you under cooked food, desserts that are so hard they break your teeth and flat sodas... all and all extremely disappointing last time I ordered chicken from here it was bloody in the middle and most of the time they are out of all the sides, then you order from the Taco Bell menu and they dont get the modifications right or they put the wrong stuff in your bag

I have a love hate relationship with the Rockport Taco Bell. See I love Taco Bell, its one of my favorite places to have a cheat meal. However this location makes things different from any other taco bell, in fact sometimes Ill drive to Portland if I want to have a Taco Bell cheat meal just because I know they will make things correctly. I really wish they could have someone come in and train them how to make some of the regular options.

I have been going to this kfc getting two piece special regularly for past two months. Some times go with group to get other items, but really hoping they could get it together. They have a new manager and always looking for help. but obiviously he doesnt get it because they fail on service it would be nice if this was only a buffet where you could serve yourself and not have to deal with the pesonnel.

Very rude management. Walked in at 10:01 was asked what do you want. Was told, we dont open for another ten minutes. I said it is 10:01 and manager replied not by my clock. If not open for business then why have doors open so customers can walk in. Very rude.

They rarely have extra crispy available. They wont even tell you its not available just substitute the greasy original. Tacos are also stale usually when ordering the taco bell side. The restaurant is dirty and the staff is extremely rude and incompetent.

Very poor service , the staff were rude and the place needs cleans. You tell the place has finger prints all over glass windows . Food over cooked. We will take our business else where. We are older people so we know how your service been in the pass.

got tacos for lunch, ordered half soft and half crunchy, got ALL crunchy and the tacos had very LITTLE meat, it was all shells, lettuce and cheese wont be getting tacos from there anymore

Waited 30 minutes at 7 pm for chicken. When got home hadnt given me my sides I paid for should have checked before I left. Bad service acted like wanted me to go somewhere else.
