The staff was friendly and inviting. We were greeted immediately during lunch and sat right away. The staff was also knowledgeable when asking about menu items. Though for the two of us, we were served two lunch special menus but only a single few menu. Not a big deal, was just sort of silly. The food was delivered promptly and presented nicely. Salad was great, miso soup was great, and the sushi was great as well. I am very hesitant when trying new sushi restaurants, but the local one (Zen) had recently closed and I was craving sushi. I can say for sure, Saga Fusions sushi was much more fresh, tight, and delicious. I had the Alaska roll (raw salmon) and I could have sworn the fish was caught that morning. It was so fresh, chilled, and super tender. My mouth is already watering thinking about it. I also had the Spicy Crab Roll and the California roll. It was the best Spicy Crab Roll Ive had in quite a while and I would go as far as to say it was better than Tauntons Hong Kong City, which used to be my favorite sushi restaurant. The California Roll was also very delicious. My wife had the Sweet Potato Tempura Roll which was crispy, slightly warmed, and absolutely delicious; very great bite to end the meal. The other one she had was the Avocado Roll, and she mentioned it was also delicious (I didnt try it). I cant comment on alcohol prices since I dont drink anymore, but the food prices were very reasonable for the quality of the food and we left with full bellies and a smile on our face. We will certainly be back to try the hibachi, and will recommend friends and family to check it out! Welcome to Wareham, Saga Fusion!

Terrible from start to finish. My husband and I tried Saga Fusion for the first time last night. We ordered the Wareham Hibaci Combo for two. We received the clear broth and green salad promptly, but after this the problems began. After half an hour, our waitress told us that our meals would be coming soon but that the kitchen was backed up. After that encounter our waitress avoided us, so we called over the hostess who told us that she would check on our dinners. She never came back. After 45 minutes we sought out the owner who also said he would check on our meals. He never returned. As we stood to leave another waitress brought my husband his meal, and I was told that mine was on the way. My husband and I shared and finished his meal before mine arrived. We had to ask another waiter for a box-to-go and our check as our waitress was also the bartender behind the bar. When she brought the check and we told he how upset we were, she replied with an attitude that she had told us that there was a delay in the kitchen. To add insult to injury, we never received our shrimp appetizer and the food was uneventful and pricey. One more observation: while waiting for our meal we observed a waiter who dropped the purple wash cloth on the floor. He picked it up and put it back on the wait staffs service station. Other staff members then used this cloth to wipe off tables! At first they were unaware of what had happened, but even after we told the hostess this unsanitary cloth was not removed. This was our first, and definitely last visit to Saga Fusion.

The worst Hibachi restaurant Ive ever been to. Food was burnt and tasted terrible. Awful service. I would give them no star but I couldnt leave a review without giving at least one. From the moment the cook started, it was bad. The knife trick he did went flying towards my 5 year old daughters head twice! He then proceeded to burn ALL of our food but undercooked the chicken first. With none of our food edible, we were forced to pay for food we couldnt eat. If you want awful food and even worst service, this is the place!

Absolutely terrible food experience .. ordered the chicken teriyaki and chicken came out uncooked and chewy .. I just ate the vegetable .. got a spicy tuna roll after and they stuffed it with way too much tuna. Store owner was notified and did nothing. Id recommend avoiding this at all cost. Dont waste your money.

While the sushi, food and drinks are ok: the service is awful. Rude, condescending and force you to leave as soon as youre done with your food. . Also dont care about allergens, constantly giving food when an allergy was identified at the beginning of the meal. Will not be back.

This place is wonderful! Definitely worth the price just to experience a true Hibachi grill! Ive been multiple times, and although some chefs are better than others, the meal has been great every time Ive gone. Its so much more fun when you go with a large group!

Worst place ever!!! Horribly over priced, forgot half of my takeout order and the crabragoons have nothing in them, they are just dough! Horrible place you would be better off wiping your ass with your money then spending it here.

Went there for lunch with a friend and was seated quickly by a friendly waitress. The sushi was fresh and delicious, I enjoyed how it wasnt overloaded with rice like some other sushi restaurants. Cant wait to go again!

Just dont go there with a group, ours never got sat, and after just under an hour after the reservation it was obvious they werent going to. A nearby restaurant was more than happy to seat us

The sushi I had at the sushi bar was a bit warm to my taste and the beer is far too pricey. Nice atmosphere inside, except the back door is confusing and should have a big do not enter sign.
