The 5th star is for customer service. My wife is a celiac and we are both dairy sensitive; we dont eat out very often because it is difficult to accomodate us and most places (even if their corporate standards ensure they could) dont care enough to not contaminate us. Red Robin makes their own gf buns which are delicious, and usually are willing to help us buy a safe meal. This particular restaurant went above and beyond by catching an error and fixing it on the double and offering a discount because of the wait. Fantastic service and food (she prepared the correction personally) by manager Ashley and great table service from waitress Karen. Thank you!

Ill try and balance all the people that get on the net and blast restaurants after one bad visit. I go here all the time for lunch. I enjoy the burgers and their steak fries are better than the fries most places serve. (And the fries are bottomless. get as much as you want.) About nine months ago I got a burger that was just plan burnt. The waiter got me a new one PDQ and everytime I go in now, even if hes not waiting on me he comes over and checks how my burger is cooked. Thats service.

We dont usually go here and our last visit rectified why....service was slow. Our waitress looked sweaty, unkempt and like she needed a shower so that was a huge turn off. She was sitting at a neighboring table when we were sat and waited a while to greet us, I didnt even realize she worked there. She continued to sit at the neighboring table, which had other guests, throughout our visit. Food was just ok. Didnt take the leftovers home.

Horrible waste of my money. Will never come here again. Staff was OK but 12 bucks for an over cooked burger I ordered the big turbo if read big I would hate to see small one Patty really. Then the tomatoes were almost off the sandwich. No salt and pepper on the burger and this little plate of cold fries But hey thats my opinion and what I got.

verybadservice waited half an hour when we were leaving the food showed up.very noisy atmosphere.waitress took our money for check. when we got home.we counted our change one five dollarbillwas torn in half and was not negotiable we called up to complain we were promised twentyfive dollar coupon we are still waiting.

From a french family. Fine dinner, tasty hamburgers and crispy salad. French fries with a refill without asking, and chocolate fluffles to try. Moreover, Karen is a perfect and elegant waitress with a beautiful smile. Would we come back to Pittsburgh, we would return there without an hesitation.

Got the wings. They came to the table half warm and half cold. Asked for steamed broccoli. It came to the table raw. Sent them back. They came back the second time burnt. All five of us got sick after we left. That will be our last trip to Red Robin.

Not a bad place, but the burgers are a little pricy. The one that annoyed me was one of their special burgers at $13+ that was to come with peppered bacon. No pepper and Im not sure what the difference was from the $9 burger. Kids really like it.

Great Burgers, Good Service. Value is decent, it can get expensive depending on what you order but this is true for most places. Their appetizers have a great price compared to other places. I believe they consistently deliver a good experience.

Service can be spotty at times, too many tables per server? but that may be a function of us usually trying to go in off peak hours. Food is always delicious and hot, I just wish my waistline could handle eating there more often :)

The place wasnt all that busy, we get sat down and waited about 20 minutes 5 different servers walking by our drinks were never placed. My friends and i have been there on a full house and had faster service.

Very odd. The air conditioning was on in December, told the waitress, a short time later the heat came on, briefly. The air conditioning then came on a second time. We should have left or ate outside.

Very poor service and when food finally got there it was cold and short part of the order, their stated reason... We are really busy. Not typical of the red Robbins elsewhere in my experiences
