DO NOT GO HERE We we first got there, we were told there would be a wait. Most of the time not a big deal except for the fact that over half the restaurant was empty. One lady Even got a manager because she had been waiting over an hour for no apparent reason. the manager said that their kitchen was backed up and he did not want to give bad service. But apparently having 30 people to include 3 pregnant wemen. waiting around by the bathrooms for an hour is great service. Then we finally got to our table after a 53 minute wait and it didnt get any better. We had ordered 2 sweet teas and a limanade they brought us to regular teas after we realize it was regular we asked for something different. We then ordered our meal and they gave us the wrong order after we had started eating my daughter dumped her glass of lemonade all over my lap and the waitress looked at me and started laughing and didnt seem to care, of Ive got ice cold lemonade all over my lap. She didnt even try to help. After I finished with meal we got the check and my daughter kids meal that was supposed to be 4.99 ended up being 12 dallors we then ask them to fix and they said they would take five dollars off. But they charged my credit card twice so I ended up paying 65 dollars for a meal that should have only cost me 30. This is a restaurant that should not be in business.

Tonight was horrible to start off with and then ended amazing. If you come into this location do not get sat in brittneys section. She is a horrible server and has a major attitude problem. She will walk away from you while youre in the middle of talking to her to go to another table to use her "necessities" to think she may get a larger tip. If shes still not getting her way she will run to the manager and gripe about whatever the problem may be. My wife sister and daughter went in tonight for the all you can eat boneless wings and began the night with brittney. After about 10 minutes we demanded that brittney be removed from our table as our waitress and asked to start being served by Rachael. Rachael is the absolute best hooters girl they have at this location and will go above and beyond to take the best care of her guests. I have already contacted corporate on this matter and hopefully the district manager will be there tomorrow to handle and possibly terminate Britney for her rude behavior and horrible service to guests and wardrobe malfunction. Its pretty bad when youre trying to eat dinner with family and you look up and see her with part of her areoila was showing from her not pulling up her tank top. If you come into this location always ask for Rachael if you want excellent service.

Waited 20 minutes to be seated when they had at least 8 open, clean tables because "the kitchen was behind." Finally, when they asked our preference, the hostess runs off, talks to a group of people, then goes to talk to a waitress. Meanwhile, the manager comes to ask us how many are on our party, again, and then, just looks at us. We asked Mariah, the manager, are we getting seated, or not, weve been standing here for 20 minutes. She snaps back rudely, were just making sure your table is clean. The service has been awful everything weve been to this Hooters, so we ate BEFORE we went, assuming they couldnt possibly screw up with two beers. Hahaha, jokes on me. Buffalos for fight night from now on. We may have to wait an hour and a half for a table, but at least we can sit while we wait, and theyll serve us drinks too. Our food the six other times weve been there was either wrong, cold, had hair in it, or undercooked.

Fast service. They recently had a facelift and it looks much brighter. It now looks more comerciallized and like any other sports resteraunt and less like the traditional sports bar. Edit: this is now the second time in a row of going there and getting food that feels as though it has been sitting done on the shelf for a half hour before I arrived. Went on a Monday, which is an all you can eat wings day, and I should have suspected something was odd when our food came out so quick. The wings were mildly warm with no steam when I but into them. The fries were the same way and I figured they were trying to hide the fact that they were old by putting on way too much salt. This meal will be the last time I eat here. I told my wife to remind me of this meal if I am ever crazy enough to mention eating there again. If you want good wings, go to Buffalo Wild Wings instead.

Have eaten at this location many times over the last 10 years, last few trip it seems to get worse each time. Sat down to Order, girl said their were lunch specials, ask about , she didnt know but would find out. Ordered buffalo chicken sandwich mild with fries and ranch, got order, sandwich was plain nothing else, asked about the mild cause said the buffalo sandwich was a buttery sauce. Finally 1/2 way thru got fries , never got ranch sauce, themn had to get up to get ketchup from another table. Waitress finally returned with ticket. Noticed they had charged me 99 cents for extra ranch dressing I never recieved...Last.trip to this location.

We went to hooters hungry and walked in sit down and our waitress javia took our order we ordered appetizers and it had taken way too long we then asked our waitress about them and she proceed to say well do you want to go back there and help them cook we then said no and she said well if you do then your meal will be free and She had a smart attitude she didnt even say oh I will go check or would you like me to check so we said that we was leaving then she said that she was just kidding but she didnt act like it and she didnt even apologize so we got up and walked out.

This was a horrible experience! Arrived to the restaurant at 8:30pm with 7 people. The waitress was new and honest about it, but very attentive and trying her hardest. It was 1 hour and 20 minutes and we still had not received our food, we then asked to speak to the manager. The manager then came and explained why it was our waitresses fault and walked off. Very very very poor management skills and very rude to the waitress right in front of guests! Would definitely NOT recommend this locations solely because of managements actions.

Lets see where to start. Me and my girlfriend went to this Hooters because I had a $25 dollar gift card to there so we wanted to use it. The service was half assed and she paid more attention to some people that she knew. Once we got the check I handed her the gift card and my bank card so most of the meal would be covered by the gift card everything else plus tip would be on my bank card. But what happened SHE took the entire gift card and put everything on my bank card. Who in there right mind does something like that....
