By far the best restaurant in Houston. Hands down... People take restaurants for granted in Houston. If they take this one for granted, they are fools. Not only is the chef a genius, he is kind and extremely approachable with a great sense of humor. Whats more to ask? So whats my argument against the millions of awesome new restaurants in Houston, cus there are a lot?! Id say its not an argument..they are pretty great, but its different here. I had the best meal of my life here and I am not the kind of person to say that. Not only did I have it once, but twice...the second time because the chef heard I loved my first best meal so much, he decided to bless me with making the special again because I was coming! K folks...lets think about that for a second...what kind of a chef chooses to make a special because he hears some lower middle class person, like myself, liked it? Ill tell you who...A First Class Act is who! Im not with press or rich, or anything... (Lets just say I had to plan in advance for this dinner.) Not only is the chef fantastic, the service is top notch. Thanks again, Ibiza, for making my night not only awesome, but an amazing memory for the books. ❤

This restaurant feels like it was cutting edge 7-8 years ago and never changed. The staff was friendly but our waitress was spread far too thin and was hard to get a hold of. The food was this places biggest pitfall. The pizza had a crumbly cracker thin crust and was covered with an excessive amount of cheese. The braised lamb shank was actually pretty good - my main issue being how it was reheated. The top seemed to have been broiled and dried out so the meat on top was stringy and dry while the meat on the bottom was melt in your mouth tender. Then there was the truffle pasta; this stuff was covered in truffle oil, it made me nauseous just smelling it and I love truffle. The kicker on this is that each entree is roughly $30. There are so many better ways to spend that money in Houston. The only real redeeming quality is the impressive wine list which puts it toe to toe with Reef. If youre gonna go, stop by for a glass of wine, dont get the food which is mediocre and way overpriced.

My wife and I held our wedding and reception at Ibiza in March 2013. The entire staff and management (Cody, the event coordinator in particular) took the best care of us. They were unbelievably accommodating and made the entire process a breeze - no pressuring and very flexible. The food was so delicious that our guests are still raving about it. In fact, the venue and atmosphere was so nice that pictures of the event made it on the Huffington Post! The waitstaff was extremely professional and prompt. As a guy who spent months tearing my hair out looking for a wedding/reception venue, I can assure you after this experience that Ibiza can coordinate an event as good or better than anyone. PS. I highly recommend trying the Rabbit, Kale Salad, or Scallops. Or Buffalo Seak. Honestly, you cant go wrong with any of their food.

After being treated this poorly at a restaurant it is hard to believe that anyone could have a good experience here. From the moment we walked in the door, we were sized up and shuffled to a hidden corner of the place. Then after facing an inquisition of prying questions, we were finely able to order 2 appetizers, a glass of wine and desert. Maybe because we were young and we didnt order entrees they decided to be rude. They rushed us from our table at every possible moment like a pack of fiendish wolves; taking away our plates with half the food still on them while we were still chewing. I will take my business to a place which offers me the freedom to order what I damn well please, with out making us feel worthless.

LOVED Ibiza. Highly recommend. The olive jar appetizer may sound odd, but I thoroughly enjoyed it and my taste buds were in Heaven. I was recommended by our super friendly waiter to have the ahi tuna steak, which was cooked perfectly. It came with a refreshing cucumber relish and seaweed salad. I was obsessed. My boyfriend got a shrimp plate, and I havent seen him smile so much during a meal in a long time. For dessert we ordered the pound cake and was the perfect ending to a perfect meal at our perfect date. They also had an extensive wine menu, but I wished I was a wine drinker so I could have enjoyed it! The restaurant itself was clean, minimalistic, and classy. Perfect ambiance for a nice date!

Charles Clark is an amazing chef, generally this place is for adults, but he made my 12 and 14 year old daughters feel like Royalty, he came to our table, made something off menu for my picky eater ( hit the mark dead on) I have traveled to many countries and tasted many great meals and this place stacks up at the top. I brought my wife and friends and again we had a fabulous experience, the staff was attentive and very polite yet not stuffy. The meal was not only tasty but beautifully presented, ask this Chef to surprise you and you will not be disappointed, the man is a genius.

I ate here on Saturday night . I would give a review of the food but I wont because they dont deserve one after I saw that they changed the amount of tip I gave them. I gave them a decent tip. They added another 5% to the tip. I wish the waiter would have politely came and told me this but he did this behind my back thinking I would not check my credit card the next day. So I would suggest everyone who goes here to think twice or double check your credit card the next day. I personally will never ever dine here again.

It was a Friday evening that we decided to go and try this place. As much the appearance of the store looked good, the food was terrible. As they say great boast little toast and this place was the perfect match for that saying. Just horrible food. Cant believe spent a hundred boxes and ended up throwing all the food out. The food ingredients are not fresh. I found several hairs in the food as well. Absolutely hated the food and its taste. Will never recommend it to anyone.

One of the best restaurants Ive been to in Houston. It can get pricey, but well worth it. Expect to spend $70-100 on a dinner for two with 2 drinks per person (thats with tax and tip). Some of their cheaper wines arent very good in my opinion. Their cheapest red, Dunlavy Cuvee, is $7 per glass, theres 2 others that are $9 per glass. Other than that, all of their remaining red wines are $13 and up.

Absolutely the best place for a romantic dinner for 2 as well as for a business exotic food in a relatively quiet atmosphere. Food is exceptional, service is classy and not over stated, the best thins is the wine list, which is very ample and yet not three times the retail price as most other restaurants charge. I have been going there since it opened and never, never disappointed!

We visited Ibiza for lunch. The Crab bisque was amazing. Our company Name is S & H and we have done some work for the restaurant so we decided to visit. It was simply outstanding. We each ordered something different so that we could all try. All of our dishes were delectable. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. They also have separate meeting room. GREAT JOB!!
