I went to this restaurant in July of 2010. Upon walking in the hostess was deep in conversation with a coworker and took about a minute to even acknowledge us. After asking to see a menu and deciding to eat there, we waited again ( there was no hostess at this point). During our walk to our table my fiance and I were disturbed by the amount of trash and food on the floor. There were smashed french fries that didnt look fresh. Worse yet, upon reaching our table we hesitated to even sit because the seat was dirty as well. Once the waitress arrived and began to take our order, it was difficult to understand her because it was loud in the restaurant and she was speaking very quietly. The food was ok, they didnt have french dressing, which was annoying, but the prices are quite bad for the amount of food you get. My macaroni and cheese was soup underneath some old cheese. Overall the whole restaurant experience here is terrible. Much better places in the area to spend your money on, do not recommend under any circumstances.

I have been to multiple Red Robin locations and they have all been excellent and very accommodating to vegans. Veggie burgers are normally delicious. This one in particular wasa waste of time and food. We had a super nice waitress, but our veggie burgers were just terrible. They were freezer burnt, hard and tasteless. There was little to no sauce on them, and like 2 tiny, way too thick, tomatoes that were shoved all the way into one corner. My fiance had a single pineapple slice on his that looked like itd been sitting in the fridge for a week. Mine tasted like dry grass. I really hate wasting food so i ate most of it even though i could hardly stomach it. We politely asked for a manager who admitted to microwaving them and didnt let us explain exactly what was wrong with them. However he was nice enough to take the burgers off our bill. The only thing that made it worth it was a rum mix called "screaming red zombie." Would not go again.

The Smoke and Pepper Burger is way over rated. My wife ordered one of the $6.99 Spicy Sriracha Tavern burgers and the waitress told us it came with two patties totaling 3 ounces. I ordered the Smoke and Pepper burger for $13.49 and was told the patty was 8 ounces. Twice the price for what should be over twice the meat by weight. It didnt look anywhere near close. The picture makes it look like youre getting a really nice burger. Not worth twice the price. And the bacon.... in the photo, it shows what looks to be some really nice slab pepper bacon. What shows up on the burger is NOT pepper bacon and it looks more like the paper thin bacon served in most Waffle Houses. Any thinner and you could read a newspaper through it. Save your money and go for one of the cheaper burgers.

The food is always good here and the service is friendly and attentive. I wish they would keep the patio open more often though. I think Ive been there two or three times this summer and wanted to sit out there, but they have had it closed for one reason or another. Also the mens bathroom is consistently untidy (not necessarily dirty), mainly due to the very small trash can they have in there. The paper towels tend to overflow onto the floor. Those are just some atmosphere issues and the rest of the restaurant is actually very nice and well kept. And as I said, the food is always good. Im a fan of the Double Tavern burgers, theyre smaller than the "gourmet" burgers, but theyre cheaper and you get two patties.

If it wasnt for the good food, it would be 1 star. We were here for a family members birthday. There was a huge wait. The hostess said the wait would be 15-20 minutes long, but the real wait was 30-45 minutes. When we got to our booth, the bench and the inside corners were filthy dirty. When i put my menu down, I realized the whole table was soaken wet and wasnt dried off. We told our waitress that we needed our table wiped off. When the janitor came to wipe off our table, after he was done, we noticed that the table was still soaked, and we had to use our own napkins to dry off the table. And, we didnt have enough silverwear to provide the 5 of us. In all, the janitorial and customer service is horrendous.

We wont be returning to this place ever again. 1st and LAST visit. i wasnt familiar with the menu an told waitress i just wanted a plain ole hamburger. when it arrived they announced it as "Heres your hot n spicy siracca hamburger!" they gave me another burger but put THREE hamburgers on our bill when there was only two of us. Oh an lets not forget your "Entertainment fee!" are u people serious? those little game gadgets that are on every table actually CHARGES u to use it. God forbid u place something fun an FREE for your customers to play with while waiting on their food! Outrageous. Nope, never going to Red Robin ever again. and btw the burger really wasnt that good n froes were soggy.

This place gets two stars instead of one because the food was actually pretty good. However, our drinks were empty for almost the entire time we were there. We asked for extra sauces which we never got but were still charged for. Finally, the child in our group played a game on the table kiosk and we were charged a $1.99 "entertainment fee" for this. Children should not be able to add charges without an adults consent. If this device is going to charge a fee, a payment card should have to be swiped immediately so that said charge isnt added to the bill without an adult knowing about it. Yes, its less than $2, but this practice seems quite shady. We will never come back here.

I will NOT be going back to this location EVERRRR!!! The service is absolutely terrible and this is not the 1st time I have had poor service. I ordered from this location for a delivery through grubhub and my order was made wrong after I SPECIFICALLY put in capital letters what I did not want on my sandwich. They forgot my childs broccoli and the cheesecake was still FROZEN! So ANGRY and going to bed without dinner. The small 10-15 credit they tried to provide doesnt even measure up to the amount of money I spent on my meal this evening which I didnt enjoy because I couldnt eat. Waste of time and money. Never EVER coming back to this location.

I drank like 5 cups of water and the waitress was ON IT with the fill ups! Got one of the wild burgers with the wedgie lettuce for a bun option. Perfect! Thought the lettuce bun would cause it to slack in quality, but not the case. Only thing is, with the chips, guac and salsa, the guac and salsa size is weak, but they do offer you more chips. Watch out for the plates if youre cutting your burger in half. Plates are cool but slippy and will almost fly off the table.

Service is as horrible as youd receive at a fast food joint,we got seated then 3 other parties were seated after us and waited on,then finally we got waited on when she finally came to our table she wasnt looking happy when I rushed her while ordering my food,you suck at being a server and I hope you see this! Just avoid this restaurant if it wasnt for my wonderful boyfriend wanting this food Id been gone and telling it how I feel to the manager.
