So my mom wanted Chinese food since she said she has t had it in a while. She gave me the phone number to call. Called Order in and it arrived rather quick. All items were there. But this is where it goes down hill. I ordered the Generals Chicken. I always thought it was a spicy dish. Its not here. Its more of a fried dough with an orange colored sauce. Its kind of missing the chicken in many of the doughy pieces. The pork fried rice was really dark looking and rather flavorless. The pot stickers were good. I will never order from this place. My mom hasnt ordered in over a year. So maybe one time it was a good place. But now I wouldnt recommend. I did suggest going out to Happy China but she didnt want to leave the house. I think next time I will make her go!!

04/17/2016..I went to this place a few days ago and boy have they gone down...the rice was dark and mushy...the crab ragoon was fried so hard we couldnt eat them..we even asked for them to be fried lightly..the chicken was burned..I bragged about this place to my family and decided to treat them and thats the crap we got..smh..they are really slacking.. 2 years ago....★★★★★ The rice wasnt really dark and full of soy sauce... everything tasted great.. the crab Rangoon was awesome. The staff is friendly and delivery was fast... they have a $9.00 minimum for delivery..we ordered a half order of plain fried rice..an order of crab Rangoon two spring rolls and a chicken saint Paul under $15.00.

They delivered braised shrimp to my office, when i opened the bag the sauce from the shrimp burned through the styrofoam container and it leaked over all the other food, and burned my hand. When i called they basically blaimed me for asking for it to be spicy, the women on the phone didnt seem to realize the difference between heat temperature wise and spice itself, they refused to resend the shrimp even though by the time they could come back with just the sause the shrimp would be cold. Never ordering from again, i understand mistakes, but i wont tolerate blaiming your mistakes on others.

Since we discovered Zang Chi two months ago, my office has ordered lunch from them about once a week. Ive gotten to try a nice spread of their dishes, and I have had mostly positive experiences. I love that their ~$5 lunch special comes with super-tasty crab rangoon instead of a crappy egg roll (like most places). It also comes with a soup or soda which is nice added value. My favorite of their dishes is definitely general tsos chicken. My only real complaint is that the fried rice is pretty bland and oily. If they made better fried riace, they would be an easy 5 stars.

I have never written a review for anything but im only doing it because this place was that bad. I work near this place and they had a rat problem about a year-ish ago. I am not lying when i say this because everyone in the area that worked within a block knew about it. But what makes me upset is that I got food poising both times i ate there. Their fried rice doesnt look like rice. its a weird yellow color. i cant even explain it. it was just gross all around. STAY AWAY!!!!!

like another review stated, this place has really gone down hill! It used to be great ...I have ordered lunch at work from them almost once a week for over five years. The past year and a half I have had constant issues....missing items from order, burnt grease used to cook fried items, waiting over an hour for an order and so on.....I dont like change....but it is time! Dont waste your money here! Oh and Tracy acts real nice..but it is all FAKE!

Placed my lunch order online, waited for an hour and a half and it never came. I called to ask if they planned on delivering it or not, and the lady I spoke with said she needed to check her email. After a brief hold she told me she never received the order, which is amazing considering I got the confirmation email of my order. So disappointed, I really used to enjoy this place. I will never order from them again.

Overall decent. They have some solid dishes, like General Tso chicken, but then other very mediocre dishes like their Mongolian Beef. Appetizers are solid. But then their won ton and egg drop soup are what I like to call "dishpan" soup. Yikes. So if you know what to order, its great. Update: They have since fixed their soups (now using better quality and more flavorful chicken broth) so Im upgrading to 4 stars.

I live less than 4 miles from the place and waited almost an HOUR for my delivery on a MONDAY. I have never been there before but didnt have time to do dinner, had gotten the flyer in my door over the weekend and wanted to try it. Once we got our food it was warm at best and was obviously pre-packaged. Im sure I could have gotten better food from the microwave at QT. Never again.

Dang good food. The fried rice is decent, no award winners there, but the Pork Fried rice is the Bomb Diggity. I order just the Pork Fried Rice sometimes as I seem to get a craving for it pretty often. General Tsos is right up there with the best I have had in fast food, as is the Sesame Chicken. For a quick order in night, we havent found anything better than Zang Chi...

Ive tried this place several times and it has yet to impress me. The fried rice is very "meh" as well as the crab rangoons. Im a chicken type of gal so I cant speak for their beef/shrimp dishes but almost every chicken dish Ive had here wasnt so great. I want to like it because it is really close to work and convenient but I just cant :(

Was really in the mood for some chinese late at night on a Sunday, called around and got the "sorry were closed" at about 10 mins till closing time. Called Zang Chi and the said "No problem, what can I get you?" Ordered some General Tao chicken with the "best lo mein!" and it was great food! Thanks to the staff for feeding me so late! lol

Good food but rude lady at the front counter I will never order from here again shes extremely rude she told me I cant order delivery anymore because she told me the wait was going to be a 1 hour and 40 minutes and I told her to cancel the order I spent over 40 buck a week here and this is how she treats me so stay away keep your money

The worst chinese food I ever ate.. I work as a caregiver and decided to treat my residents to lunch. I ordered several different items and not one thing was worth my time or money...I will never eat there again and I recommend you dont either!!!!!

Zang Chi is under new ownership now and that is for the better. prices are low and food quality is very very good. wide variety of items on the menu, everything i have tried has been tasty. The new owners have really improved Zang Chi.
