UPDATE (8-9-17) I came back to this review after Cupbop reached out to me on Facebook stating that they had responded to my "numerous reviews." I can see that they have in fact reached out to me on this specific review now that I have returned to the site. I was reached out to by one of their employees on July 18 via Facebook/Messenger asking if I was willing to talk. I responded immediately saying that I would be happy to chat. Well...I never heard back. I went back into messenger several days later to make sure my message went through. I sent another message, "liked" his message and yet nothing. Not sure why they would respond and then brush you off again when you reach out to them. I am not out for anything....NEVER have been. These sites are here for us as paying customers to share our experiences, both good and bad. You will see on my social media history that I have been a loyal follower of CupBop for years and did nothing but praise them in the past. This experience was a shock to me and a major disappointment. Funny thing is, if you look at their specific reviews for their Draper store on Yelp and Google, I am obviously not wrong, nor am I a "moron" as I was made out to be the first time I spoke with someone. It is unfortunate...especially since I love their food. Time to move on and simply enjoy great Korean food with GREAT customer service. Unfortunately, I have not found that at this specific location (Draper) and because of this overall experience, I am moving on to other businesses that provide great food and great service. I wish you guys the very best and hope that you address some things with your Draper manager and those responsible for responding to my original concerns. Original Review Since Google does not allow for me to put my entire post due to length, head on over to Yelp to get a full description of my experience and the feedback I have provided. Long story short: I tried to provide them feedback that would benefit their business and help them with continued success, and I was treated like I was a moron and was old and out of touch with modern times. If this is how customers are treated and continue to be treated, this location will soon be out of business. I am saddened and disappointed by how they treated a loyal customer and to be completely honest with you, I will not be back. I am not just referring to this location. Due to this poor customer service and the way I was treated as a consumer of their product, I will no longer be visiting any CupBop location, or visiting any food truck. They have lost my families business and it is my hope that they do not lose any one elses business and start to take peoples feedback seriously. Greed will be the downfall of this company if they only focus on building more locations and standing behind their employees while treating their customers like trash. I wish you all the very best and hope you learn something from all of this feedback you are receiving from multiple individuals.

Absolutely LOVE this place. Its just down the street from my job where I take 2, 15 minute breaks which doesnt always make it easy to go out and get food, but these guys always have me out the door and right back to work within my break! That includes driving! Incredible service. I tip everytime I come in, and sometimes they give me a potsticker for free because I tipped. Not every time, but sometimes. Which is awesome cause I dont expect them to give me something free for tipping, I tip because the food and service is awesome. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because today I came in and a new girl was struggling at the register and no one around her was even offering to help, despite other employees being available. Then, someone whom Im guessing is a manager, was talking to another person right behind this girl talking about her nails, but not to her. She questions them, asking why theyre talking about her and not too her. Then, the presumed manager tells her she cant have the nails. No biggie, but what bothered me was the fact that she was not only working, but currently checking out a military personnel while her manager tells her this. I was embarrassed for her, thats incredibly rude and unprofessional. Employee management discrepancies should be address when customers are not around. So not only did they criticize her right in front of me and the military personnel, They werent even trying helping her with the register despite her obvious troubles. Ill still be back constantly but this is not the way to treat your employees by embarrassing them as they work. I saw her blush and get worked up immediately. Please, address this with management and be sure that they bring up problems in private when there is an issue between staff, not customers. This Put a sour taste in my mouth cause she was clearly new and already struggling. . I usually dont come in when theyre as busy as they were today. (Around 12:45) So next time Ill come in In the later afternoon, to avoid the frustration the staff seemed to have today. The manager even said it rudely and unprofessionally to her. If it had to be addressed in front of customers, at least do it nicely! Ill still be back cause its awesome here but definitely address that. The poor girl deserves an apology for being embarassed in front of customers and for management not addressing a problem appropriately. This is just my personal opinion after years in customer service jobs. The Food was incredible as always though!

Words cannot describe how much I love this place. I used to stalk the truck everywhere it went and then they opened the draper location!! The atmosphere inside the restaurant is/was amazing! I love when the employees shout my order back and forth. It would seem that they truly enjoy working there and it really helps me feel welcomed. I happened to visit the store again today though and was informed that they can no longer shout or not as often as some have complained about the noise level?!?! WHAT! I go there for the noise level! And of course the amazing food. It was like walking into an arena and you could feel the tension and excitement. Its sad when good things get ruined because of a few disgruntled customers. If you want quiet dining... go somewhere else please or eat outside. I know I probably cannot change the tide and reverse fate, so I promise this... every time I visit your restaurant I will scream and shout my order out of udder joy and bliss for the delicious food I am about to partake it! Thank you CupBop for making my life complete!

Stumbled in here about half-past-six shots of vodka in the PM. I forget the date. It was cold and snowing and I wanted a break from the blizzard. I gave them a mission: serve me the spiciest thing they were allowed to give me... Heres how they did: I say Doochi Bop, they say how hot. I immediately say ten, they all shout FIFTEEN in unison. After they carpet bomb the cup with sauce they give me a raw habanero for an appetizer. Nom. I shed my winter outerwear and sit down to begin my feast. They were quite concerned with my safety at first, which was appreciated but unneeded. I chowed down on that heaping bowl of rice and spice for several minutes before one of the cooks comes over with fresh complimentary pot stickers. Danke, Kamerad! After I finish they kindly kept an eye on my snow gear while I went for a roll in the snow to cool off because man was I sweating after that inferno. Mission accomplished.
