They where very rude when me and my wife went there today along with our 11 month old son. (5-9-16) I got a All star breakfast and my wife got a steak egg and hash brown meal. We both wanted to substitute omleletes for our eggs and the older lady taking our order was very rude about it. We where there at about 4:00 p.m and they where not busy at all. Our order price came to around $40.00 and I questioned it and she got mad then added it up again and got a cheaper price. So we left without tipping. I will be telling everyone not to go to this one on high street in Hamilton, Ohio from our experience with this old woman alone.

They opened their fridge and a stench of rotten meat, bad milk, and rotten veggies came out. Made me and my friends stop eating. Server claimed that it was because of a "water leak" that they were "trying to get fixed". I had to puke on the walk home a couple times. Very bad. She also asked us is wed "tell on her for playing music with cussing in it" (her words, not mine) and then played really filthy rap music. Place was generally unclean. Team members rude. On a separate occasion, the steak I tried there (I dont know why I expected it to be goo) made me sick. "Waffle House"? More like "Awful House"! Avoid at all costs!

Everyone working on Christmas Day worked so well together and seemed to be happy being there serving others. Shout out to Operations Manager Jarred Ferrel. Not only did he make a pit stop in on Christmas Day to check things out on the business end, he asked every worker how their day was going, wished them a Merry Christmas and thanked them for working today. He gloved up and gave them an extra set of hands cooking. Classy boss right there! Merry Christmas to you all and thank you!

The place was busy on a Sunday early afternoon but we got a booth right away (3 of us) and were served quickly. They had our food ready right away and the waitress was great about bringing drinks before we asked and seemed to appear right as we wanted something.

Told that we had to be in the parking lot for them to start making a steak for a to-go order. What is the point of having to-go orders if we have to already be there before they even start making the food.
