I carried out my order a large supreme and 2 orders of cheese sticks when I arrived home 10 min ago I opened my pizza to eat and was shocked to see my pizza was not cooked the cheese was not melted there was so much sauce it truly looked like soup the crust was still dough so I called the store manager right away she was a very slim African American Im sorry I could not remember her name but anyways I explained to her the situation in full and offered to bring my receipt and the Pizza back for replacement she replied to me very nasty and rudely "We cook our pizzas at 470° and I made the order so there is nothing you can tell me that will make me do anything for you" So I asked how many slices come in a large pizza she told me 12 so I told her mine only had 9 the Pizza was cut incorrectly as well to top it all off I asked for the store managers name or the district managers name and number she told me that there was no district manager that she was in charge period!! So I tell you fellow Pizza Hut Fans you should not do business with this store if you are hungry for Pizza Hut just fair warning you see what I have been through pure bullshit and poor customer service nobody needs that period.

I was hungry and wings sounded pretty good. I ordered the $8 wing and salad combo. The girl looks at me like, what. I pointed at the menu and said thats what I want. She was frustrated because I didnt order pizza. She asks 2 other people that work there.They said. We dont do that anymore. I left without ordering anything. Lucky me probably. This was really crappy. It was staring me right in the face. SMH. #lemmonvalleypizzahutsucks

There is no way to give a 0!! I have had this location delivery to my house in the back of the valley. Today I called to have a delivery done for this evening for my grandfather cause I will not be home to get him dinner. I had a very rude lazy named Denise tell me she will not deliver to my house because "I dont want to and will not".

This place is disgusting. I arrived at 11AM right as they opened and the place was a mess. I had to clean my own table, the floor had food everywhere, the garage cans were filled, the bathroom had toilet paper everywhere, and the toilet needed flushed. Someone didnt even attempt to clean the night prior. This place shouldnt be open.

I am very happy with this place, the delivery is quite fast and they are always friendly..the food is always well prepared. So glad we have something else besides Dominoes now! BTW..you cant beat their deals 5 STARS***
