A few weeks ago, I had ordered an Ultimate Bacon Burger. I get home, no bacon on it. I called, GM was nice and offered to replace my meal next time I came in. Fast forward a few weeks, I go in for free meal, recieve it and take it home. Order was messed up, again. This time, they put cheese on the burger, and guess what else they forgot on the BACON burger..... BACON. GM is great and friendly, but staff either needs better training though I dont know how difficult it is to put bacon on a bacon burger butttttt whatever, either way probably wont be at this BK again for awhile.

If i could give 0 stars and still be able to post this WARNING, I definitely would......Went there and was served a chicken sandwich made with a completely raw piece of chicken..... contacted BK corporate about it and was told someone would contact me but a week later and still nothing....never going to this or any other BK again and I highly suggest you cut your sandwiches before eating them so you can see if its cooked if you are brave enough to go to this place..... completely disgusted

Great separate indoor play area for kids, with a see through mesh so you can always see what are the kids doing. Lots of food options - fish, regular and veggie burgers, chicken and few desert options. Friendly, almost old Diners atmosphere specifically in the morning, where everybody knows each other and you here that nice chattering over the cup of coffee and greatings to the folks coming and going. ...

Absolutely terrible service....in the morning! There was one person ahead of me and I sat waiting to pay for at least 3 minutes. Then when I pay, the woman says itll be 2-3 more minutes because she had to make more coffee (which I ordered). And she went on to ask me about cream and sugar that I already told her about. Terrible terrible experience. Will not be going back!

Excellent service. I was a regular for a few months and they knew my name. Very friendly staff. I dont wait more than 2-3 minutes for my food on a bad day. I was raised to be patient, so maybe waiting for food to be cooked is an issue for some people. Management is great (at least as a customer) and quick with orders.

its got a nice play room for kids to play with dining tables inside and a wall separating it from the main dining area. fast service, polite employees. the drive thru can cause parking problems for people who park on the right side of the building as at lunch time the drive thru line will block people in.

very rude people! i went for breakfast and got two orders of the french toast sticks and they were freezing cold and mind you it wasnt cold outside or in my car. i called the man was rude and said he doesnt know what to tell me and that he didnt really care. i am taking this complaint to upper management.

The food wasnt that great, the staff was slow and it took 15 minutes to get a plain burger (bun, meat and cheese). The ice machine was out of ice, the tables were dirty but the cashier was friendly.

Always had fine experiences here. Nice, clean dining room. Area for the kids to play in. The drive-thru is not too long of a wait, and it is near the main road, but not too difficult to get to.
