We called in and were going to order the 5 dollar deal but then we were told that they did not serve that deal anymore even though we saw it on the official site when we were thinking of another thing to order we herd a loud click cause the hung up on us. then when we called back all the could do was apologize put us on hold this is the worst experience we ever had with a pizza joint 1 star. Edit they took our order later but I am a little shaken up the click was soo loud I heard it from a couch away if I had my way we would go somewhere else but other places are too expensive, reluctantly having no where else to turn we ordered here. they were all nice and we are awaiting delivery at 3:43 pm as of now I up it at 2 stars for now -_-

Its not at good as it used to be, they barely use any dough so I feel like im eating a thin crust pizza. I dont know if this is a new standard set by someone higher up to save money, but for the price im paying for a pizza, dough shouldnt be a factor in operating cost. Staff for the most part has been nice, there have also been a couple delivery drivers that are impatient. I would strongly advise going somewhere else like Papa Murphys. Sure you have to bake the pizza, but at least you get value for what you pay for. Hell, even Little Ceasars pizzas that are frozen use more dough.

I never had a problem with delivery before it was more the staff at the Elk Grove Florin location that were pretty caddy!! I believe her name was lee(I think) Well what happen was THEY forgot my 2 liter soda Im not a big complainer but what got me was that I ended up saying sorry when I was actually needed an apology from them.. the female staff was not apologetic at all she did state that she would have the delivery person be sent back but the staff on the phone had no customer service skills at all.. SUPER RUDE!! I cant believe it I order here at least once a month...

This place is a dive at best. It took forever, the pizza was not cooked all of the way and I had to finish it when I got home. The staff was nice but when they were publicly sharing that the cash register password was 69, I thought that it was distasteful. Finally, after eating the pizza, we realized that it had almost no flavor. We will not be returning....ever! Especially since Papa Murphy is across the parking lot.

i have not received the food yet but i called in and for my order . The lady that took my order was rude . i asked her for my receipt she told me i need to wait until i get in the store. usually i get a confirmation text. she was rude. from now on i will be ordering from mountain mikes, round table, papa murphys or even lamppost pizza. this was really disappointing

I ordered by phone. When I got there, my order was never even put in. They tried to tell me that I must have called a different Puzza Hut. The literally argued with me. Then the guy standing there stated, "I took the order." No one offered an apology. They were rude!!

This pizza hut is amazing! Simone, julian and ciara were awesome. Julian helped me save money, ciara had the pizza out fast in good quality and simone went out of her way and bought my ranch for me cause i was short. Such an amazing customer service.

Waited for 15 minutes just because their computers and system wasnt working,plus 30 minute wait for the pizza and on top of that They put red sauce,when I asked for white sauce on the pizza,after I got home.The worst experience ever...............,
