Before you wonder why this isnt a 5 star review I want to point out that Masan Asian Grill is a fine place to eat. For me, a good restaurant gets 3 stars. I only award 4 stars to restaurants that have really gone out of the way to earn that additional star. Masan Asian Grill offers a unique orientation on the Asian food we all take for granted. I am a frequently returning customer of this restaurant. The food is affordable and tasty. The staff is friendly and helpful. But what really makes Masan stand out beyond most food joints in the Weston area is their "secret" menu. Though the normal menu has many good choices, the items from their "secret" menu are made to order and elevate this restaurant to the next level. My fellow frequents will probably shun me for revealing the fact that there is a "secret" menu, so Ill stop while Im ahead. My advice is not to ask about the secret menu. Instead order items that you know of directly from it until you see someone order another mystery. A good starting point is the Orange Chicken.

Brand new just opened former Kosher joint turned Asian fusion fast casual. Simple menu with a Chipotle style feel but with Asian fusion fare. You do have your typical Chinese dishes but with a twist, such as lo mein with miso soy sauce and fried rices (with chorizo!) but you also have fusions like grilled Mongolian chicken wings in Hoisen BBQ sauce and avocado spring rolls. Its like Chipotle because their theme is, "Make your own, create your own, stir-fry" so you essentially pick rice or noodle, meats and veggies (or tofu), and then choose from a variety of sauces such as Thai Curry, Sriracha Butter, Spicy Korean, Pad Thai and others. Im going to go back to try the Chicken lettuce wraps and Chicken Samosa. Oh yes, the place may be small but they more than make up for it with concept, service (Chef Ma is the sweetest!), variety and taste. Oh and I recently had their Tuna pizza and it was very tasty, yummy goodness! Their Vietnamese stuffed grape leaves were unique and the lettuce wraps were tasty too!

We were looking for Thai food in Weston and stumbled upon Masan. As we contemplated our decision, the chef came up and explained the menu. He was obviously passionate about the food he prepares. We were not disappointed and sampled almost everything on the menu. We enjoyed the avocado egg rolls, bang bang shrimp, gyozas, stuffed grapes leaves, Thai doughnuts and a few of the make your stir fry options. EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS. The vegetables were cooked just right and the sauces were tasty. The presentation and flavor was that of a fine dining restaurant. The food was not greasy and did not have MSG - didnt need it with the fresh ingredients and seasoning. Chef Chao Ma is very personable and made us feel welcomed, as did his enter staff. The restaurant is small and cozy and easy to miss if you dont know where you are going. If at first you dont see it, keep looking. You dont want to miss one of the best Asian dining experiences there is.

The minute you walk in, staff greets you with such a welcoming smile as if they were expecting you to come in. The food was very fresh - we had to wait around 15 to 20 minutes, but it was worth the wait! We got the build it yourself stir fried, one with noodles, tofu and veggies, the other with white rice, pork and veggies with peanut sauce (the sauce was so good!). We also ordered the Bang Bang shrimp and BBQ chicken wings. Again, food was so tasty and very fresh. Even though we dont live in the area, well definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Walked in during business hours, management was having a meeting i guess with staff, but no one stood up, they barely acknowledgedi was there and i stood looking at the menu at the order counter for a full 5 min without anyone ever moving or making an attempt to serve me. The worst part was that there was a very strong odor in the air between bathroom cleaner and actual bathroom smell and it was very off putting. I left.

This was my first time and I really like it, since the moment I entered to the restaurant was a good experience, The staff are very nice and the food is fresh (not only you can see when they prepare your custom made order,but also the taste was great and the vegetables were not overcooked). I ordered a stir-fry and the bang bang shrimp and I love it. Definitely Ill return.

I LOVE this place they have the BEST fried rice in Weston and beyond. I havent found fried rice like this anywhere in So Florida! They are the cutest family owned business and they are always so friendly and courteous .... I order from them all the time if you want some really good Chinese food you have to check this place out they are awesome!!!

The food was trendy but unless you like extremely salty food, then this place is not for you. Service looks great, but out of the 5 dishes we ordered, the fried rice, the soup and the white rice were edible. Everything else was tossed and we were hungry. $50 and we at least enjoyed the complimentary white rice. Worst food we have had in years.

Delicious and freshest Asian food Ive had in a long time. Their "create your own" stir fry can be made in so many different ways for the same price (except depending on meat). The Avocado Egg Rolls are too good to pass up. Owners are friendly and alway greet with a smile no matter what time you go. The establishment is welcoming and clean.

I just ordered a delivery from this place and I hated it. I order from this place because the food is good. But the worker who delivered sucks!!! He couldnt even find my house and when he came he looked soooo annoyed. He said he didnt have any changes so I couldnt get my changes!!! He was so rude. This place seriously has to FIRE him.

Wonderful Asian fusion stir fry, delightfully fresh and filling. Whether your tastes run mild or spicy, theres something there for you! The starters are well worth exploring, from traditional Asian soups to salads and other finger foods. Masan offers great and tasty food at solid value, and is well worth a visit!

First time eating there today. The steamed rice, veggies, and beef with szechuan was great. I would not recommend getting any of it with just the soy sauce. The other plate we had was lo mein, veggies, and chicken with the soy sauce; it was pretty tasteless.

Awesome place. Their main ingredient, that makes a lot of difference, is smile and care. Chef walks over to each table and makes them feel at home. Good couple, good chef and great food. They serve both Chinese and Indian varieties.
