Honestly after trying a lot of the Asian/Chinese restaurants in most parts of New England, I found myself going back to Wong Wok for a second time because it was actually that good. What I liked was the fact that everything tastes fresh, most of the other places I went to in Mass or even in CT tastes like it has no flavor. This place has fresh crunchy veggies not soggy veggies you get at other places, definitely have to try there chicken and broccoli. Also I love their apps, they have great dumplings and a dumpling sauce, its garlic-y and spicy which tastes amazing. I had take out the first time and dined in the second time, both experiences were great.

Ive been ordering from here for almost half a decade. I have placed at least 500+ orders and theyve only made a mistake on one order. The English is not very good and they are very strict with their menu. This is pretty typical for almost every Chinese restaurant Ive been too though, lol. When I dine in they are always very friendly and refill my drink as soon as it is 1/3rd empty, and the portion sizes are VERY LARGE as well as VERY delicious. If you enjoy getting your moneys worth and having a correctly made meal, as well as a tasty one, then this is the place.

For trying Asian food for a change, this is one of the better restaurants in the area. They are smaller in size than some which makes for a cozy atmosphere. There have have a wide variety of selections and have won many local restaurant reviews. Recently on the news (@ 4-14-17) there was a cell phone video of mice running around the restaurant. Due to this, the Springfield Health Department temporarily shut down & closed the restaurant!

Service is great, and contrary to the name, its not a long walk from anywhere! Ive been there several times and have never been disappointed. Respectful staff, pretty food, large portions, beer, dim lighting, and a private setting. If I havent already sold you, they have fair prices too. I always had leftovers. Thanks Wong Wok, youve changed my life forever!

I agree. Worst customer service then Chinese people in Chinatown in New York. Why they dont learn to speak English and learn manners? Food is just not good. I dont know why so hoopla about this place. there are lot better chinese food everywhere. They need to change people on the front and food should be much more healthy.

I met my wife in 1992 and we started going Wong Wok to eat in 1994 when we moved to Forest Park, we now live in Chicopee Mass for the last 17 years and we still drive to Forest Park to eat our Chinese food at Wong Wok. And out of all those years of eating there I might say they messed up my order maybe twice.

Food is gross!!! I did not enjoy the food at all. Service was good, only thing is you could rarely understand what they were saying but besides that it was pretty good service. I wouldnt recommend eating there though. Crab ragoon was gross so was the rice and chicken broccoli.

The taste of food is not the same as use to be in the 90s. Since the cahier woman die couple years ago the food really went down hill. She was a very nice an beautiful person god rest her soul.....

Ill never eat here again. Found hair cooked into my food, staff was extremely rude about it & made my boyfriend pay for his dinner when the whole meal shouldve been comped. Gross!
