I would like to start off by saying that Ive eaten at this location many times. And I can say that the food is good, not the best but its good. Where they lack very strongly is in management. The only person that is worth anything is the waiter MARIA, nice girl very attentive and extremely well customer service. Besides her NO ONE is worth a penny. The other waiters are always busy talking not attentive and aside the fact that it takes them about an hour to bring out the food its very apparently they do not care about what they are doing. Im writing this whole actually sitting down eating my burger that took 45 minutes to come out and not once the manager asked if I was okay or apologize for the delay. As a matter of fact it was maria who kept checking up. The manager is actually busy building an assembly line filling up an entire table to re pack the silver ware and feels its more important than to help assist clients. There are tables with 2plus people and the young lady is awaiting all while manager continues with silver ware. When asked if it she can help shes responds why.. please hire new staff and management it is ridiculous how bad they treat their employees.

Great burger, but I went on a quiet Sunday afternoon and it took forever. There was one person who had just ordered before me who was served pretty quickly. I saw a couple takeaway orders leave but by no metric could it be considered busy enough to justify how slow the service was. There were four staff standing around doing nothing inside. And yet my order of one burger and fries took 58 minutes. No one brought me napkins or sauce so I had to go find my own. I was only offered water once when my food arrived.

This is my third time here. When it comes to gourmet burgers you dont have to look any further. Having options for kosher beef and lamb burgers and a variety of choices to customize your experience. Very friendly staff, thank you Maria for helping us feel like home. All in all glad to have this place running in our neighborhood. Highly recommended.

I had the Kevin Burger with grill chicken and crispy onions. That was the best non burger Ive had and crispy onions are a great. I also ordered the cookies and cream milkshake and that was so good. You real pieces of Oreos and the milkshake makes you want more. I will definitely order from this place again. Im so happy I found them on UberEATS.

The food took 1 hour to come out. Then when it did come out, it came out cold. The kids Mac and cheese are kraft out of a box. I am extremely disappointed with the food and service here. Management has understaffed this place and the little staff they have arent trained. I hope they get it together, there arent many burger joints in surfside.

New burger restaurant with amazing burgers. I had a slider trio to try different burger options. My favorite was the one with goat cheese, but all were amazing, flavorful and delicious. Desserts were equally delicious. I recommend the mud pie one. This place is a must try! Highly recommend!

This place is awesome! Jammin out to 80s music and it was 4:30 on a Friday, not busy at all. The service was great, Maria was sweet and attentive. The Argentinian burger is a must have (ask for extra Chimichurri) and hubby had the St Louis burger and loved it. Highly recommend!!

Had the delicious Argentinian burger and it was cooked perfectly. A nice pink center but held very well, not mushy and the toppings added to the burger instead of overpowering the meat. Cheese sticks were also unique, crunchy and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The turkey Araxi Burger really was fantastic..a little overpriced but I know that is the area. Cooked perfectly and great flavor..did not taste like a turkey burger. I also enjoyed the flavored potato chips. Good music playing and a great vibe.

Best Burger I ever ate in US! The Staff is friendly and they make good advisory. I strongly recommend this place, atmosphere, music, and design of this restaurant. If I ever back to Miami I will go to the lunch in Araxi.

Im a burger fanatic. Very pleasantly surprised by the Mexican Chipotle. Be sure to add bacon. The milkshakes are great too. We convinced the manager to change the name of one on the wall to PBJ. Very freaking good.
