This morning stopped by here right when they opened... ordered a coffee and was left waiting for 25 minutes. i cant believe how slow they are... just a coffee and you have to wait for almost 30 minutes.... The excuse? Sorry sir our coffee machine is acting up! More like.... the employees were acting up. They were hollering and laughing about several different topics and doing their jobs as slowly as they possibly could. I told them to pick up the speed at least 5 times. I think the more I said the slower they got.

Just went thru this Burger King on Melrose. 4:37 PM 6/7/17. Ridiculous wait. Waited approximately 32 minutes for 3 hot dogs, 1 whopper w/ no pickle, 2 large fries & a large drink. Was in a hurry to get to a small event & was bringing this food. Arrived at the event 5 min late. They offered no apologies for their slow service & the inconvenience they caused.

Every time I go there to get a Whopper or regular hamburger and even tried the hotdogs the food was not hot when you go to a restaurant you expect for the food to be hot the French fries are hot especially if you tell them you dont want salt on your fries they need to better as far as the meats are concerned not sure if I will go there again.

If you want to go somewhere to eat where they dont acknowledge you when you walk in the door and the evening shift needs a babysitter cause its like going into a teenage hangout with no respect for why they are there and have a job is because of CUSTOMERS. The managers dont care about actions of employees

You will wait a very long time for your food here at this BK on Melrose!!!!!!! expect atleast 10 maybe 20 minutes!!!!!!!!! I most recently waited exactly 40 minutes for 4 whoppers and 4 large frys! what do it take 10 minutes each whopper/fry?! very lacking! they need to pick up here!

Everytime i go to this location, my order is wrong. I work all day and dont have time to make multiple trips just to teach these people how to make a burger. Beyond ridiculous. Need to fire the whole crew and start over
