I WAS a loyal customer, but not after the false advertising of the prices. When I asked for my total, I was given the total for JUST the wings, but not my WHOLE order. The fact that they no longer run specials was not clarified when I ordered the "Friday 50-Wing Special " , because the girl who took my order was "new". (Which I am willing to bet is total crap) When I called for a resolution to my issue, I was told that the manager was gone until Tuesday and that nothing could be done. All I got was an apology for the menu online for being incorrect, and that they were doing their best to get it down. Ok, I get that, but tell me that on the phone when I place an order that is specific to that menu. That doesnt change the fact that I paid too much! It might not have been so bad except that the wings were DRY and not Xtra Spicy. The fries were also REALLY soggy! I would only be willing to return my business if they would get their act together!

Picked up an order of wings and returned to our party only to find that the order included only lower wings - no "drumettes". No time to go back and argue because the party was starting. Wed been there at least once a month for several years and this hadnt happened before, but this time it was very embarrassing because we had guests. Time to switch to another cafe!

Im dissapointed got two cheese burgers and frys,they hardly gave us any frys and the tomatoes wow! A top of a tomatoe and on the other burger the bottom end of a tomatoe and one of the hamburgers was falling apart! Also one of the young ladies working there i wouldnt want making my food she was dressed inaproprate and looked dirty! Sorry but true!

Ordered a 10 piece wet lemon pepper with fries and a drink and got 10 very dry old wings no spices on them , they took 40 mins to make the wings also on a Thursday early evening, I called them to complain and they said to come back or theyd give 10% off my next order.... Worst wings ever.

Lady was outside looking at a car while this poor kid was trying to run everything. Wait time was terrible.then he has on one glove and takes my cash and went back to fixing food with the same glove on.i didnt say anything because he was trying to do it all by himself.

Worst customer service and food. Cashier did not want us there because she was ready to go home. Food took forever to cook and chicken was burnt. Philly had no flavor whatsoever. The only good items were the fries. Never going there again.

They over charged me and I asked for a receipt and the rude cashier gave me a little piece of paper that she wrote the total price on and would t give me the breakdown of how much they charged me for what.
