I have no idea what people are raving about. I was searching for a birthday spot for my daughter, and so my wife and I went to eat here to see what all the review fuss is about. Turns out that you really cant trust reviews so much! As for the selection, it was complete typical Asian American faire, but with the caveat that it had a totally lacking land selection. This would have annoyed only my wife and not myself, but the sea selection was nothing to write home about either, to put it kindly. Sushi rolls with aged, dried out seaweed wraps that made me gag and avocado that was beyond saving, no matter how much soy sauce you down it in.... I ended up forcing a tuna roll into my mouth, then subsequently spitting it out half chewed on my plate, and I am by no terms a picky eater. The quote on quote hibachi ribs were burnt and even my two year old daughter, who loves ribs, refused to take a seconde bite. Another item left gnawed on on my plate. Then the clams, elderly and dry, which I picked out several of and ate one. The more I think about it, the more traumatizing the memory becomes. The environment was half assed at best, low class at most honest, and they charged more than the average "Chinese" buffet in Allentown. We ended up checking out several other buffets in the Allentown area after this disappointment, and every single one of them was clearly superior and actually cheaper, sole exception being the Old Country Buffet, which was the exact American cuisine equivalent of New China. If I were stranded with a choice between the two I would actually go with the depressing Old Country, solely for the fact that I would be less likely to get food poisoning.

Awful food, way too salty. Everything tastes like its been sitting in a bucket of salt for a week, theres no difference in taste, grilled chicken is salty, the general tsao is salty. Sushi rolls are disappointing, they leave the raw ingredients sitting out at room temperature rather than on top of ice and expect people to eat questionable food and then pay for the upset stomach afterwards. Was a waste of time and money to go eat here, overcrowded and very slow service from the servers for something simple, asked for a set of silverware for my son and was left waiting. I ended up having to clean my spoon in my cup of water so that he could eat his dessert, because we never saw the server again until it was time to pay. Server never brought us our check and we were waiting by the register until our server was flagged down to bring us the check so we could pay and leave. Will never go here again. Terrible service and awful food.

We went on a Sunday around lunch. They had some sushi, tuna and salmon. Plenty of sushi rolls. Tons of seafood. Raw oysters. Cooked clams. All the food that I like. But for the most part, most of the food was bland. The cocktail shrimp, were so over cooked that all was left was mush. Raw oysters didnt have much taste. Sauces on dishes tend to get jelly. But I expect all that. Id go back, and like any other buffet, Ill taste the food before getting to much of one thing. We paid $25 plus $2 tip for Sunday lunch. Service was good, and there are plenty of hand written signs that point out the obvious. i.e. dont touch, rules about kids and food... I would have given it 4 stars, but not after paying $27 for two.

Very good choices. The lady that makes the suishi is considerate when asking for some thing special. The best rice puting I have every tasted. The lopster is old and must of been froozen, not good at all. the craplegs is some what good but it to must of been froozen because there is many with freezer burns and is tasteless. clams are old and oysters are mostly bad tasting. But all other was very good. I would go back know that I know what to eat and what not to eat.

Imagine spending 50.00 + dollars and want to take a small desert with you they want you to.pay them a dollar to take a small.sample.size cup of ice cream with you. Although it was a buffet the customer makes your business strive you should be able to take a sample of ice cream with you. I really was disappointed with this establishment i.will not return.

I walked in with my girlfriend and we were just about to grab a plate until we saw cockroach sitting between the plates. I have never been more disgusted and disappointed in this restaurant before. Im not coming back until they get that whole place inspected because you never know what crawled on the plates or utensils

I have eaten at the buffet but my favorite is doing the take out. They always have it done in 10 minutes and my orders are always custom to how I like my food done. The people are always nice, just make sure if you want to use a credit card that the purchase is over $10.

This place is usually a good spot. I have had a few times when it wasnt so great. But most of the time its bangin! Good service and good food. Some of the workers are a bit annoying but overall a good place with a big selection!

The atmosphere was great, and the staff were very friendly, but we had no idea the bill would be so high for just 2 people. The menu did not reflect the price we paid. Also, they had a small selection of food.

Use to be my go to Chinese buffet, now you have to pay attention to time. In between peck times, the food is old. At peck, you have to fight the crowds.
