It is honestly the best Chinese in Deland (that isnt saying a whole lot). The food is tasty and it is prepared fairly quick. Prices are average compared with other Chinese restaurants in the area. One recommendation, hire a few part folks (i.e local high school students)who speak English fluently. This will help with ensuring phone orders are placed correctly and efficiently and can also assist with service recovery when customer complaints/issues arrise. It is a cheap fix that will increase your business revenue as well as help with positive word of mouth advertising.

I ordered chow mein for lunch. The 1st picture is what I got. Veggie slosh with soup noodles. The 2nd pic is what I expected. This place is a disgrace to the Chinese community. I called to try to figure out how I went wrong. The lady said I should have ordered low mein. Well low mein is a soft noodle and I wanted chow mein which is a crisper noodle. She then Refused to make it right. Good luck. I hope you have a better experience than me.

My husband and I wanted to try a different take out Chinese restaurant and were so glad we tried China King! It was the best Chinese I have had in a long time. The restaurant was very clean, the staff very friendly and the food was SOO fresh and delicious! We ordered two different Lo Mein meals, the Sesame Chicken and white rice. The vegetables were extremely fresh ! We will definitely be returning ! A++++

First off after reading the reviews of past customers its sad to see how people belittle a new business. The staf was nice a little hard to understand due to accent but what chinese restaurant isnt. Second the food tasted great considering the pruce you pay a d it being a fast food restaurant. All in all if youre looking for a quick chinese restaurant in the area this is one id recommend.

We ordered two things of hot and spicy beef. It was under the beef category not vegetable, and the dish we were served was filled with nearly 85% vegetable. I had 8 maybe less, tiny thin strips of beef mixed Into it. The exact same dish ordered at Wok n Roll down the street is the exact flip, 85% meat, 15% vegetable. Comes off as if theyre trying to cut cost, felt extremely jipped.

This is the worst Chinese food Ive had in a very long time. I had the General Tsos Chicken, it was horrible. Not one piece of white meat, not spicy, more like sweet with barely any coating and very tough to chew. The fried rice was so dry I had to add all the duck sauce to eat it. Its almost white, with absolutely no flavor. The lo mien wasnt too bad, just OK.

This is the worst place I have ever been too. The managers are very rude and cursed at me and my sister when we brought back the food that they mistakenly given to us which was the wrong food.. He refused to give us our food and so we just wanted our money back. I do not recommend anyone to ever go to this place ever!!!! Rude staff and food is disgusting!!!!

The crab rangoon was ok but the shrimp fried rice was very dry and we threw it out and didnt eat it. We will not be going back.
