I go here at least 2x a month with my friends. Yes it is a little more expensive than some of the other spots. But the food is soo worth it! They bring out fresh hot food constantly, So that you are not eating something that sat there for hours and has gotten cold. They also have chefs that will cook whatever you want fresh right there. You select your meats, and other ingrediants and they cook it for you fresh right in front of your eyes. Thats included in the price. The deserts are delicious and there is something here for everyone. They also have real seafood with real scallops, crabs etc.. Not that fake stuff. They also have healthy options for those on a diet. I go here often and I have never had any issues. The hostess that work there (Eva is the best!!!) are so sweet and friendly and know me and my friends by name. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I say for the price you are getting more than your moneys worth. Go check them out!!! But please leave some food for me.. lol

Ichiban is always crowded. They are a mid-grade buffet, in my opinion with decent food, but nothing I get real excited for. The sushi guys are constantly working, but they dont seem to always update the sign of whats what. And theres not room for a large sushi selection. The hibachi chef is generally one of the more popular spots, but he never seems to be interested in moving you quickly to get to your food. Overall, though, its okay because the fresh food is great. The standard buffet stuff is decent. Theres some American food (ham, mac and cheese, pizza), your standard salt and pepper chicken, general tso, pepper steak, etc. and usually a fair amount of seafood. Crabs (whcih are small and far too much work for the skimpy amount of meat in them), clams, shrimp. I dont love this place, but there are only 3 Chinese buffets in our area and this one is in the top 2.

I was there for lunch, and as far as Chinese buffets go, this is one of the better ones. They definitely reused most of the decor from the old Old Country Buffet that used to sit here, and from the selection, some of their menu, as well. Its an eclectic mix of American buffet favorites: carved meat, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and some other goodies; mixed with the typical Chinese favorites: chicken with broccoli, general Tsos, lo mein, etc. They also have a hibachi grill thats quite typical of Chinese buffets in Delaware County. The main issue is, everything is very typical, and just a touch over average. Mostly everything gets a B-, but there was nothing that deserved any kind of higher grade. Its decent, and nothing will get you sick, save the food allergy that was forgotten about, but theres no "wow" factor.

Ichiban is a moderate run of the mill Chinese buffet. Its way more expensive than the average Chinese buffet restaurants by chargin nearly $13 per adult along with $2 to get a drink. It used to be an Old Country buffet and the layout if exactly the same minus the new welcome desk at the entrance. The food is what youd come to expect as well, a buffet for seafood, a buffet for classic Americanized Chinese food like yellow rice, eggs, etc, one for sushi and then another for fried chicken, mac n cheese and pizza. Nothing really stands out except for the sushi station which has a larger selection than other buffets but tastes rather bland.

The prices are about the same as every other all you can eat Chinese food buffet and you can find a coupon on their website. The sushi and Hibachi style foods are better than most buffets and the rest of the selection is pretty good. My only complaint is with the majority of the other customers and their lack of manners. Some of them would push their own mothers out of the way if it meant them getting to their food first. I definitely recommend it if your looking for an all you can eat buffet. Just be prepared to witness people trying to jump in line ahead of you.

Really good buffet. Ichiban has tons of options and different cuisines (Chinese, soul food, sushi, etc), and they have a hibachi area. They have a big fruit and salad bar. They also have a good size dessert bar which also has a chocolate fountain with strawberries, marshmallows, and other items to dip in the chocolate. They have tons of seating and rooms you can call ahead and reserve for big groups. The staff is attentive and food is restocked pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend this buffet if you are looking to eat really good!

Disappointing...its definitely not as good as it was when it first opened. 16.99 for all you can eat crab legs, which had no flavor and were dry and unappetizing... IF you were able to actually get any since they were really slow bringing them out (I finally did only to be mad because they didnt even taste good). But even more disappointing is the fact that the REST of the food, usually my saving grace because who expects good seafood at a Chinese buffet after all...but the rest of the food fell flat too...ugh!!

My parents would rather eat here than expensive, fancy, quality Chinese places.(It may be because its a buffet and theyre very impatient, but I dont mind.) The food is pretty good (save the dessert, only the cream puffs are okay, and sometimes the fruit is a little underripe) and the hibachi grill adds a nice option to the place. The management is very good about taking care of issues as they are notified. My only real complaint is that the drink should be included in the price and not cost two dollars extra.

Staff is rude. They lied about the time so they didnt have to honor the lunch price. Refused to reimburse for the differences of prices even thought they acknowledge the computer they use to charge people has a different/faster time than the other computer (which had the same time as several cell phones). Kids play in food at buffet tables while staff watch and dont do anything to stop it. I would strongly not recommend eating at this location. Not ethical or clean.

One of the only buffets Ive been to that has consistently fresh food. Great sushi and made to order hibachi are included in the price. The fruit at the salad bar is always fresh. They have a room you can book for events - no extra fee, just the buffet price for each person but you have to book it well in advance. Almost every time Ive tried to book it even a week or more in advance it was already booked. I guess the secret about how good they are is out :)

Been coming here for a while, usually the ladies at the front are nice and fast. This time however the guy was there, we waited for 20 mins, when we got there he totally ignored me. I got his attention and he told me to wait my turn......What was i doing for the past 20 minutes??? At that point i just left. Food is average, basic chinese buffet food you can find anywhere. Edit: guy has been fired i think, another terrific lady working there now

Large selection of seafood as far as buffets go in the area. The wait staff is very helpful and pleasant .The only thing is they dont refill oysters fast enough and I was given one price for my family over the phone and a much higher price in person (they fixed it)..prices arent listed. This isnt the first time ive been over charged here..the first time a waittess told us. Other than that theres something good here for everyone.
