Let me preface this review by saying this is the first time I have ever felt compelled to write a review at a restaurant or location, and unfortunately, it was a negative experience. I wanted to find a reason to give this restaurant at least 2 stars, but I cannot find any excuses. We ordered from here last night. Delivery was fast and prompt. Prices were very fair for the amount of food we received. I ordered the chicken fried rice meal with a spring roll. My girlfriend ordered the hibachi chicken dinner. We both ate some of each of our meals. The chicken in the hibachi meal tasted... fake, as if it was prepackaged and cooked from a frozen bag found in the TV dinners section at Meijer up the street. It was less than fast food. I have eaten McDonalds chicken nuggets and sandwiches that tasted like a 5 star meal in comparison to this food. This was not hibachi. This was a knock off sauce with, seemingly, microwaved chicken. The chicken was slimy, chewy, and sickening to taste. The chicken in the fried rice meal was paired with uncooked vegetables, peanuts, and rice, and was even worse. Imagine leaving some home cooked chicken in still cold water for ~2 hours. This is what you will receive. I am happy I did not decide to order any raw fish (sushi rolls or sashimi) with this meal, as I do not trust their kitchen. I am writing this review after coming home sick from work. Please order somewhere else if you are looking for Chinese. You will find a number of higher quality restaurants in the area with very similar prices. Do not order from this restaurant.

Changing my 4 star to 1 star because my $20 sashimi order included IMITATION CRAB MEAT. Called and complained and the lady said Id have to wait a few days while she contacted GrubHub. I said it wasnt a delivery or order issue, it was a fulfillment issue. She got mad and said "do whatever you want to do" and then hung up on me. When I tried to get help from GrubHub, they said Ninja Asian Fusion would give a refund if I gave the food back, which I was more than willing to do, so I waited for them to come get it but they never came (it was a delivery). Waited and tried and tried again, and then they were closed for the night. So, ultimately, they provided a crappy overpriced product and they clearly knew it was sub-par because they fought tooth and nail to avoid the customer and keep the cash. This place is just overpriced junk that can easily be bought cheaper at the grocery store, and with less attitude. I will NEVER order from this place again. They can keep their farm raised salmon, imitation crap, and frozen/thawed tuna.

Wow! Where do i start?? The food is wonderful! It seems the better the food the worst the customer service..Everytime i go the prices are never the same and for some reason they ALWAYS try to rip me off by keeping my change. There is always a kid or rude lady who answers the phone. The last time i visited if i wasnt so hungry i would of walked right back out. There were 4 teens sitting around playing cards and a sweaty man laying across the chairs where the customers sit with no shoes watching a dvd. My food was not even started yet....so i pretty much had to "interrupt" them to make my order. Like i said the food is wonderful, that is the ONLY reason i go back....but other then that, yuck!

In a word....GROSS! Ordered the Hibachi combo. Soup was gross, salty and fishy tasting. Salad was very good. "fried" rice was gray in color, not appealing to look at. Tasted okay, but didnt taste fried. Hibachi food, shrimp was good, but vegetables were soggy, chicken was not very good and overall had a slightly fishy taste. I hate to give a new restaurant, a bad review, but this meal was far from appealing. Normally, I would give a place a second try, but I dont think I will return to this place. It was disappointing at best.

Worst Chinese food around. I literally got food poisoning Saturday night and its Monday night with no sign of improvement. I got a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, blood loss, night sweats, motion sickness, headaches, constipation and fatigue. Ive never had this bad food poisoning in my lifetime. I dont think they served me chicken this had to have been road kill or something. Im actually pissed off Its literally been three days and Im on three different medications just to try to fight this because I dont feel any better.

Ordered the dinosaur egg. For anyone who likes the idea of sushi but doesnt like that its raw fish, try this. Its deep fried but still gives you the slight taste of crab meat. The sauce was also very good, the menu says spicy but it wasnt over powering, just enough to give the whole thing a great taste. Also tried the hibachi steak dinner. That was okay, not the best hibachi Ive had but not the worse either. Id say give it a try if you want inexpensive sushi and appetizers.

so awesome food. um delivery awesome (never late usually earlier than what time they say they can get here) only once had a problem with ordering over the phone when some kid was taking the order, once but in the end everything worked out ok. The rude lady people keep talking about i dont think she is trying to be rude i just think that is the way she talks. Its kinda exactly what i would expect from a lil small owned buisness i guess

I have ordered from these guys for the past 5 years they food is always amazing and worth waiting for. They are now giving food or pop out for free with orders that are 25 and up. It is hard talking to them on the phone or in person because you cant really understand them and they are not understanding you if they had someone that spoke English and Chinese so they could take orders that would be so much better.

Terrible service. Ordered delivery at 12:15. Only to cal and have idiot that worked there tell me sorry, sorry, new driver about fifteen times. Went to store to get refund at about two fifteen which was like pulling teeth. Absolute worst experience I have ever had with chinese delivery. if you order this go there and get it. They were 1.1 miles from my house but forever away it seems

Probably the best chinese delivery in the area. However, make sure you always get your total when ordering. I have caught one of their drivers attempting to charge me 7 dollars extra on a cash order. Although I planned to tip him good, this resulted in a one dollar tip (should have been nothing). Also be prepared to wait an extra 30 minutes from what they tell you.

Very difficult to communicate the order or your address. The receipt from the driver for a cash order didnt match what I was told on the phone (which was also not in line with the menu I got from them a few days before). The food was also terrible.

Ordered pad Thai, tastes like ramen noodles. Chicken so rubber it bounces. Pink noodles no flavor. Not sure this is chicken at all. First order, last order. Oh and delivery was 20-25 min...Took over an hour. Kids like the white rice...
