First impression was the hostesses who seamed lost. Then the waitress asked a circle of questions and confused herself. Asked for no onions... got onions. So we told the waitress. The manager said "oh theres onions in the pico." If i ask for something omited from a meal its no ones business why maybe someone has an allergy. She over talked us then walked away. The food Black and blue burger 3 crumbles of blue cheese thin dry meat 2 different salads both great but with the onions all in it Also found a random piece of chicken in tue prime rib WHAT IS GOING ON HERE. This place is 0 stars because you cant get your s!@# straight.

Jenny was the worst and most rude waitress ever!! She ate half my meal before it got to me! Then she punched me in the face for no reason! See doesnt that sound insane? Kind of how 90% of these complaints are just people being arrogant snobs that expect everything to be perfect for them. Be a human and realize everything isnt going to be up to your standard people. You obviously have nothing better to do with your time if you write a dumb review complaining about things that can be fixed by you simply asking. Get over yourselves. If you want 5 star dining then go spend a couple extra dollars at red lobster.

Wow after reading someones review from 2 months ago I can confirm. I ate here a day ago and vomitted as soon as I got home, I thought is was just me! Tasted my leftovers and instantly sick again. The rest is going in the trash! The place smelled of bleach and funk. Please be careful eating here, yuck. If you eating ANYWHERE! And your waiter/waitress gives you a strange look RUN! Leave the food and drinks. I saw a fb video where a wait staff got upset and put a hot dog inside her dirt vagina and put it back on a bun. I have never had food poisoning. Had it twice here, time to close this place down!!!!!

One star is reserved for food poisoning. This is just above that. The food is incredibly salty, fried items are soggy, not crispy, and they were out of 3 beers I ordered in a row. It took 5 minutes to tell me each time. This is prepackaged crap and the sauces are occasionally ok but they pour it on way too much. The service was OK. The place is always very cold and loud. Loud is OK because its about sports, I suppose. The back bar smelled strongly of cigarettes though Im Not sure why. Overall, this might be the nail in the coffin for BWWs.

The smallest amount of sides I have ever received at a Bufallo Wild Wings. We got one cup of dipping sauce for the two of us, it was half full. The wings had hardl any sauce on them. We asked for hot sauce, and ranch on a wrap. That didnt happen. We also asked for bacon, and cheese on the fries. That took 20 minutes to get fixed. The waitress. Was cleaning the table next to us. Squrirted the cleaning spray on both of us. Didnt say anything just looked, and walked away. Then she never came back. We had to ask another waitress for our check.

Service is usually not great - I often get a large beer when I ask for a small, my food comes out wrong, and some of the servers dont seem very interested. Despite BWWs attempts to improve their beer selection, theyre often out of what I wanted to try. But... few places Ive ever been compare to the sports ambiance of the place. I love sports, I love beer, and I love wings, and this place has all 3. Its convenient and the prices arent awful. I dont hate this Bdubs... I dont love it either. Its pretty good.

So glad Jacksonville finally has a Buffalo Wild Wings! Everyone knows them for the insane amount of TVs and awesome atmosphere but I think they dont get nearly enough credit for the amount of beers they have. I must have counted over 20 some taps. Anyways, weve been several times since they opened and havent been let down yet. The food is always good and the service is always exceptional. Its classier than...um...the orange place in town so I never feel wierd taking my kids and wife there.

Very small menu selection. I know it used to have a lot more on it and for some reason they took most of it away. Burger quality was strait A$$! My bun was dry and falling apart. The tomato was limpy and wilted. The burger was thin, greasy, mushy, falling apart, and just simply had no flavor. And they brought my appetizer out after my meal and didnt even offer to discount it or anything. Worst experience Ive ever had at this place. Only thing Id ever get there again is sweet tea and wings.

Honestly, the worst service I have had in years. Waitress came one time to ask for drink order and then deliver the drinks. Never saw her again until we were halfway finished with our meal. She was hanging out more with her friends outside than with her actual paying customers. Managers running around spraying water guns = super professional. Worst BWW experience ever. Save yourself the disappointment and order to go if youre really wanting BWW food.

The service was slow and it wasnt even busy. Everyone at the tables food tasted burned, probably bc they were using old grease. The bathrooms had piss and feces everywhere. The waitress barely came around bc she was too busy flirting with the table next to us. And when it came time to pay she was rushing for us to pay right in the middle of a game. I really like BWW and this place put a bad rep to the buisness.

TERRIBLE! Went there for dinner with my husband we spent $50 and left hungry. My drink was so strong I couldnt even drink it. My wings wings were old and soggy, the coleslaw was rank and tasted like pure vinager and my husbands burger was dry and unseasoned. Our server was so busy I didnt even want to complain Im a server myself so I know what its like but we had to go home and cook a frozen pizza. Never again!

I have eatin here several times hoping it was just a coincidence, but every time something taste off usually the mild wings or strips. This last time I tried it was Sunday May, 11. I have been in bed or puking along with diarrhea. Basically I have food poisoning from either the mild wings or buffalo wrap. This is the only BWW this had ever happened to me at. Love the franchise just dont trust this location.

I love BWW! I was so happy when the chain decided to come to Jacksonville. Ive been to this location several times with friends, and have not had any bad experiences to date. The wait staff is always friendly, the noise and energy level is perfect, and the food titillates the tonsils! :) Love hanging out here with friends to watch sporting events, play trivia, or just eat, drink, and be merry!

Service wasnt bad... Didnt get the server I wanted (had her before and she was great). The main issue were the wild were lacking in the sauce and the dry rub was only on one side. Food wasnt as good as Ive had in the past. Would like to give 3 1/2 stars as the service was not bad. May try again to see if it gets better.
