So, my family and I are usuals at this place. We ignore the owner who assumes the front desk is her throne to look down on everyone because the food (weekends only) is pretty good. However Were southern folks so on holidays I or my husband usually cook. Welp, silly us for trying to change it up. This past Sunday Fathers day we went and there was NOTHING new on he bar to make it "Fathers Day Special" but some snow crab which ONLY my mother ate. Now again we frequent here so pur bill is almost always about $55 depending on of we get beer or just soda still only a $2 difference. But because she decided she would take advantage of the holiday our bill was over $93! I was TICKED! she said thats all day and there was a sign saying that. Rather you have snow crab or not. The sign said "Fathers day special snow crab dinner all day"! So one would assume that the snow crab is offered all day and should you get it (like most restaurants do) then you et the special billing. Because of that stunt of thievery we will NEVER come here again. Smh, lost the business of loyal customers because she wanted to take advantage and he sad thing is they get good business I n Sundays especially there was no need to do that.

I walked in as usual. Seated immediately. I was accompanied by my 10 year old twins and one other adult. It was lunch time on a Saturday. The food was fresh and the service was good. Once we finished our meal, out came the check. It read 4 adults which came to around $35.00. I then asked the server about maybe there was a mix up. She pretended not to understand what I was asking. I processed to the front counter and asked about the bill. The lady behind the counter who I later found out was the owner informed me that there was a line on the wall. Everyone who was taller than the line had to be charged adult price no matter their age. There was no sign or information stating that this was the policy. It was a red line drawn in the grout of a wall.... Very inconspicuous!!!I asked how was I supposed to know about this before we ate??? She basically just shrugged her shoulders a played dumb. I expressed to her that this was a very unfair practice. Not to cause a big scene, I just paid the bill and left.... Be careful..... This business is very unscrupulous with how they are getting your money....

Most disrespectful people ever! The lady who sat me and my family down decided that it was ok to roll her eyes at me the entire time I was talking to her and was saying rude comments towards me. She judged me for what I look like because I gave her a paper that states that I have had surgery and can only eat a small amount. Then when we went to pay she was so happy and smiling towards my cousin when she went to pay and then when I went to hand her my card she wouldnt look at me or even speak to me. Her smile completely vanishef when it came time for me to pay. Also, this was not the first time they were disrespectful towards me. I thought maybe because the lady who had done it before wasnt seating us she would be kind, but I was wrong. The first lady who judged me was very disrespectful as well. She had 3 servers come up to me and ask if what was on my plate was all I was going to eat. I gave them two chances, but each time they were very rude towards me so this buffet will not be getting my service again! No hospitality what so ever!

We were discriminated against here because of our height! They list their prices for kids according to age (3-6 yrs old & 7-10 yrs old) so when I tried to pay for my 10 year old for the 7-10 yr old pricing, the girl (employee) told me "no, she will be charged the adult price because she is too tall." They have a red Sharpie marker line drawn on their wall and she marched my daughter over to the line and stood her in front of it and said again, "no, shes too tall." Seriously? Because were tall, we dont qualify for the "normal people" pricing? They need to change their pricing criteria then. My 10 yr old eats like a bird so I was not about to pay $11.99 for her to eat a few pieces of fruit. Needless to say, we left and will NOT return and I will never recommend this place to anyone EVER!

This place is awful. Its sad too, because we really like one of the cooks who remembers us and always says hi. Food is never hot, usually hours old or leftover from lunch. Lukewarm food like this is how people get sick. This Last visit We had enough. They were still seating people but over half the buffet was missing food and they were closing down the made to order grill. I asked if they were going to replace the empty dishes and they said sorry they were closing, just then, a family came in asking if they were still seating and they said yes. If you try to use a coupon its a hassle, and they dont take the % off the drinks/sodas, just the food. Never again.

This was our first time dining at this buffet the Food was amazing very well seasoned the buffalo chiken was the best i have ever had at a buffet the water is purified not sink water like other buffets the ice cream treats are individually packaged which is great the sushi is AMAZING & the service is wonderful we had a bit of a mishap when the waitress brought us the wrong receipt but it was quickly taken care of the price was very reasonable at $34 for two adults and two children. We will definitely be visiting again

Hate this place Should be shut down. People dont lie about all those horrible reviews. Used to be good but then it just goes down hill. This is the worse buffet i have been to - and i go to horrible buffets all the time. Found bugs on the floor. Staff sucks. When I ask for fresh french fries they add tons of cooking oil to old french fries and call them fresh. Do you think i am an idiot?They never accept coupons from phone. Need to be printed. Should be shut down.The worse dining experience i ever had.

This place is horrible! All of the food is cold and the sushi looks like it has been sitting out for days. I went there with my family after a day of swimming and it is something we will never do again. The chairs were broken to the point it was unsafe and there was bugs crawling againts the wall on the floor. The wait staff was very unpleasant to be around and the food was not worth the price. After eating here I was left hungry and feeling like I need a shower from sitting in the nasty seating area.

The food is good, the prices are good! They have a little of everything, and everything we ate tasted really good. When it came time for the check, we were shocked at how reasonable the price was to feed our family of 4. It was our first time, and we will definitely be going back. Its clean, has lots of choices, and nicely displayed. Everything was plentiful and the staff was great. Everyone was very friendly and quick to refill drinks and take dirty plates.
